Milton provided a fair quote and had a crew of 4 at my house within a day or so. The wash team hit every nook and cranny and got my limestone looking 20 years younger! Used them primarily for power washing my brick house and decks and will be using them again. Team was friendly and professional. 5 stars!

My husband and I are delighted with the work of this company, from fast quote and reasonable pricing, to the actual power washing itself. Today Franklin and Armando arrived on time and performed a full-house wash on our two-floor house plus detached garage, various walkways, basement retaining wall, etc. Our gutters were particularly filthy and the concrete pathways hadn't been cleaned in decades.

Franklin and Armando did a fantastic job -- they were both personable and paid great attention to detail, addressing especially stubborn stains repeatedly until clean. Our gutters look like new. They moved items as necessary (welcome mats, planters) and returned everything when finished.

One set of before and after photos are attached (basement retaining wall), but we could have attached many more.

We will definitely use this company again, and include other services such as indoor window cleaning. We are so glad to have found American Home Power Wash.

We had a great experience with Milton and their services. They were very pleasant to work with. They cleaned our house exterior, removed mold from the siding. They also did a terrific job power washing our walkways and patios.

And the guys that came did an incredible and very thorough job. They power washed our below grade patio, side walkway, and back driveway and everything looks great! This is the second time that we have used this company. Kudos to James and Milton for an excellent job. Our windows are sparkling. James and Fred also cleaned the windows in the interior of the house and there was no problem with water on the wood floors. We will continue to call upon these men for top notch work.

After 14 years our patio pavers (brusselblock) were quite dingy, our garage floor was oily & dirty, and all the windows in our 2-story townhouse were dirty. We called American Home Power Wash; we got a prompt visit and estimate on Thursday, and the guys did all three jobs on Monday. Everything looks great! I had forgotten how pretty our patio is. We are very glad we chose American Home Power Wash. Such nice people! So careful and conscientious! And a very fair price. Maybe we won't wait 14 years before calling them again--and we'll gladly recommend them.

I called American Home Power Washing to give me an estimate on gutter cleaning and to remove algae on my brick wall. Fred came the same day and gave me an estimate and a date. They arrived right on time. They did a great job on my brick wall. It looks like brand new. He cleaned the gutters and when the job was done he inspected everything to make sure his worker did the job properly. They also do window cleaning. Which I’ll do next. Fred Gonzalez company has a 5 Star rating & his pricing is very reasonable.
