He claimed he saw none, so he turned the gas back on – which was supposed to be done by the gas company after they'd identified the source of the leak. However, when I called the gas company again, they told me Neal should never have turned the gas back on without their approval.

To make matters worse, the original location where Neal said there wasn't a leak was still leaking. They also suspect that his actions may have damaged my gas regulator, causing a stronger gas smell in my home. I reached out to Neal again when he claimed they stood by their work, but unfortunately, it seems like an empty promise.

However, instead of sending someone from his company to fix the issue, he's no longer returning my calls.
