Very very honest

Charged us $2,400 for spring cleanup . They didn’t finish the job and never came back. We called multiple times and then they said they weren’t going to come back because we complain too much. They cashed our check, clean up was never finished, and now our grass hasn’t been cut in weeks and we have to find someone else. Horrible.

Was client for years. Even did my snow removal. Last yr he didn't complete all the work I requested. This yr he never showed despite phone calls. E mails and letters with a payment. Last phone call was after I received a bill for 3 months...which he never did. Called and questioned it...he had been promising to come out the week before. Told him how disappointed I was that he ignored everything I requested. I wad willing to give him another chance...
He had the audacity to tell me he did not want me as a customer anymore and would not do anything more.
Don't trust him...mu lawn is full of weeds hardly any grass bushes are overgrown trees need trimming.
Will find someone responsible. Willing to pay more

Lion tree service was great. They were timely, efficient and careful. They even used the leaf blower on the lawn to get all debris. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended as they have done two trees for me and trees for other neighbors and friends and we have all been more than happy with their work. They are very careful on your property and very friendly and courteous. They are very reasonable prices!

First let me start by saying I have never left a review for anyone but this is to much. I was given 2 prices one w them removing my branches and 1 w leaving them on my property I chose to have them leave on my property. Most companies leave them nicely in 1 spot not them they left them all over my front yard and back yard where the branches actually fell from the tree. Also they said they'd be here at 11 sat then it was 12 at 12 I txt to see where they are and then he said 2 at 2 I txt to see where they were and they said 3. Keep in mind it's a sat and I have to let me neighbors know they need access to their property. At that point I said would need to reschedule they said they'd be there in 15 min. I left since I had family plans when they were halfway done w the job and told my father what they were going to finish and to pay them. I get home to long branches all over my yard. When I txt them about it they say i said That I requested to leave the branches on the property which I did but not where they fell from the tree all over my yard. They said they would come back Sunday and they will cut into smaller pieces and put it in. The story goes on but it's down hill from there beyond unprofessional. If I could post the pics I would.

The 3 man team removed 3 trees from my property, including a large nasty branch that com. Ed. And another service didn’t previously want to deal with. It came down , no problem, without the use of the heavy truck. I was also happy with the price. This work was done 8/17/22.

Just had two huge pine trees removed. The crew did a fantastic job! Very fast and efficient. Great job on clean-up. And a very good price. I highly recommend them.

From our initial inquiry when Jesus replied promptly to his in-person consultation, he was personable, he demonstrated his experience, and he was clearly knowledgeable about landscaping. His team works hard and we are very happy with the results.

I booked with Rock Valley to cut the lawn and trim the bushes. They do very good work! My yard looks nice. He has been very communicative and answering questions.

Jesus Quoted me $150/hour to put 8 arbovitae in, he came and personally looked at the area and confirmed 8 with 3 feet spacing would be the right amount.

Right before the job (After I already bought the 8 arbovitae), he tells me "Got you down $275 for planting 5", I tell him that I got 8 as we talked about, no response.

They put the plants in (No issues with the crew they did a great job, 3 man crew took about 1.5 hour). Next day Jesus says I owe $385 ... so the price changed 3 different times for the same job, work was good but feels very scummy and not transparent in the pricing.

I had a great experience with Rock Valley Landscaping in Streamwood. They were responsive, showed up when scheduled, and completed the work efficiently. My lawn looks neat and well cared for, and they made everything very easy from start to finish. Pricing was reasonable as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable lawn care
