Hi, I wanna share my experience with Hvac Master. I called couple companies before getting the service with HVAC and everybody recommend me to replace the whole unit as soon as the technician told me, my unit is too old to be repair HVAC mustard Sam came to us to do inspection to the unit . Explain us exactly everything it’s wrong. What is the process to replace and give us the cost for the process and the steps he save me a couple thousand dollars and make our need to work like New highly recommended

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. A technician came to check my furnace and quickly told me I needed a “new part” for about $1,700 ( inducer motor) after speaking with manager Eric he changed the price to $1300 assuring me it will be done and working next day. I paid a deposit, but before any work was done, I decided to cancel because I wanted a second opinion.

When I spoke with Eric, the manager, at first he wasn’t polite and said I had to pay for both visits. After I explained that no part was installed and the job was canceled, he apologized and sent someone to return the part that was taken.

When the technician came back, he said he had just cleaned something — and suddenly the furnace started working perfectly. That clearly showed that no new part was ever needed. This confirmed my concern that the furnace did not require a new part and that the company’s $1,300 quote was unnecessary and MISLEADING!

I had another certified HVAC technician inspect my furnace after today’s visit. He confirmed there was absolutely nothing wrong with it — the only issue was a clogged pressure switch port on the inducer motor, which had already been cleared by master heating and cooling technician when he returned with the part. The furnace has been running perfectly since then. Quoting $1,300 for a replacement that wasn’t needed was completely misleading and unprofessional.

It really felt like they were trying to overcharge me for unnecessary repairs. Be careful and always get a second opinion before agreeing to any expensive work.
