Omg Sammy was my technician and I explained that I couldn’t talk because I was in a coma for 2months . He didn’t make me feel bad, he just came in and fixed my heating system! Awesome experience dealing with Sam and his crew. I had a furnace that was neglected by previous owners and took me a couple years to finally replace but he did a great job replacing it along with cleaning all sorts of nasty build up in the ductwork/ chimney.

Master Finish came to us when our heating system was down in the midst of 30 degree weather in Chicago.

Sam was prompt and professional in his communication and ensuring I understood what he was doing as he was trying to figure out the issue with our heating system. He was very thorough and patient and made sure we got heat for the cold season to come.

The next day our heater somewhat broke down again and Sam called right away and came back to the house that same day to fix the issue. He was very prompt and reliable! I highly recommend this company and Sam to help you out with any issue you might across!

Master Finish just came out to my house on short notice to repair some very serious and dangerous issues with my HVAC system and replace the system. It was expensive for sure, but money very well spent to ensure my family is safe and will stay warm in the winter and not overheat in the summer.
