We compared Ragano to more than 5 other highly reviewed AC companies and Ragano’s team was not only competitive in price but blew the others out of the water with the creativity and ingenuity that went into their plan for installing ducted AC in our 1930s lathe and plaster home. The team was really enjoyable to work with from start to finish—professional, detailed, communicative, and a really nice crew. I would hire again in a heartbeat.

We are extremely satisfied with all services they provide starting with scheduling of service, reminders, communication to professionalism of technicians that actually do the service. Technicians are all great, and we are calling out Esteban A. this year: he called head, arrived on time, explained everything he did, and made reasonable recommendations for small fixes to prevent bigger issues.

We have used Ragano for almost a decade for all our HVAC needs. When it came time to replace the system m we didn’t hesitate to call them. Every Spring and Fall they make sure that we are ready for the heating/cooling season. Most recently, our service tech visited for a routine call. Riley was polite, contentious, diligent and professional. I couldn’t ask for more.

I have used Ragano for our HVAC services for 15+ years and they are excellent. On time, communications are excellent and service techs are very clean.

This is the first time I used Ragano Heating & AC for my ac maintenance and I can unequivocally say that it will not be the last time. This company is awesome. Easy to set up an appointment, they notified me the day prior and called me when 15 minutes out. All things we would expect but don't get these days. Then, the technicians who performed the maintenance were first rate (THANK YOU Riley and Luis!) and clearly explained everything to me. My ac was serviced beyond my expectations. Ragano is a great company with old school, meaningful values like putting their customer first.

The install team was amazing! I feel like the quality of their work is unmatched, and they did a fantastic job of teaching me how to use the new system they put in my house.

Jose is a great technician very informative and pays close attention to details. He noticed we had a small gas leak that was leaking from our water heater. He fixed the gas leak that was going to the water heater and then performed a route mainenance checkup on our furnance, which was what ragano was called for.

Love this company. I decided to get a furnace tune up before winter because a couple years ago a sensor got dirty and lost heat. Not only did they do all the testing and cleaning, they said my furnace was noisy and the part creating the noise was still under warranty(5+ years old). So a week later they replaced it and WOAH, it has never been so quiet! Both technicians were equally fantastic as well, friendly and efficient.

Esteban A. went above and beyond in resolving status code 24, low voltage wiring issue/blower failure. He quickly found the cause of the issue and replaced the fuse, but he also found secondary issues from the initial install of the furnace performed by a different company. No other HVAC company I hired to maintain the furnace, in the 11 years since the furnace was installed, found or mentioned either install issue to me. Esteban was able to resolve one of the two install issues. The other install issue can only be resolved with a new furnace installation. Very happy with the service and expertise provided by Esteban.

This was our first experience using Ragano - we had our furnace cleaned and checked by Esteban. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. We would not hesitate recommending Ragano.

On a very cold Sunday in January this year, Ragano responded instantly to our call bc our furnace had stopped functioning. Today, 8/20/25, I tested my furnace for the upcoming season. It would not turn on. I contacted Ragano again bc of the awesome service I had received 8 months earlier. Andrea there responded so quickly with news of scheduled technician, we had to postpone the appointment by a few hours in order to be home! Great problem to have. They cheerfully accommodated us. Jose R arrived at promised time, and got us back up and running quickly. He explained each step, and put us at ease with his knowledge and experience. We signed up for the full service agreement going forward for both our furnace and A/C. They've outperformed for us 2 out of 2 times so far, and it's peace of mind to know they have our backs now going forward.

Riley was amazing! We realized he worked on my house when he was working at his old job. I was hoping to find him. He goes above and beyond to help. I was having issues for 5 years that rattled through my walls to my bedroom vent he figured it out and got rid of that sound. He was very informative and was very helpful. Thank you!!

Riley came for a clean/check of the furnace and humidifier. Prompt, polite, and professional. He took the time to give tips on thermostat settings for our particular furnace, the type of filter recommended, as well as the appropriate humidifier settings. This is our HVAC company for life (did our complete system install a few years ago).

I had my furnace cleaned and inspected. Jose is the technician that did the work and has been to my house several times for the furnace and air conditioner. He is very pleasant, professional and neat when he comes.

Let me know who was coming and when; Riley arrived in that window, explained everything, and spent an hour checking and adjusting the furnace and humidifier. He explained the invoice, and made sure the house was warming before he left. Ragano is very consistent and service-oriented.

Riley technician who came to diagnose and give estimate for replacing compressor for our central Airconditioner was very honest professional and fully qualified to diagnose the problem. We approached to you for second opinion and it turned out the prior two technicians from high well known companies were dishonest because we were advised that condenser needs replacement or replace the unit with high efficiency A/C. Riley throughly tested the unit and advised that compressor does not need replacement and fixed the issue in no time. Please commend your technician for the job well done.
