Kevin has been taking care of my heating and cooling needs since the 90's when he came out on a very cold Dec 23 in the middle of the night. I had no heat and a sick child and he was just starting his business. He has been taking care of my HVAC ever since. He has been mindful of my budget and nursed my last system along until he sadly broke the news that it had to be replaced. His boys have now joined the business and I trust them the same as I do their father.

I can’t say enough about this family owned business. It is absolutely hands down the BEST service you will ever receive. Kevin and his sons have been wonderful at making visits even on a weekend to help cool our house. Not once pushy about buying new equipment, rather trying to find a solution that is economic and fits within our budget. They will have our business for years to come and I will never hesitate to refer friends and family to them.

Kevin and sons replaced our 19 yr old furnace. They were friendly, on time, honest, thorough and reasonable. Not only was the job done quickly (~4hrs), they addressed things that were outside the scope of just replacing the furnace (i.e. adjusted humidifier water flow rate, replaced corroded humidifier drain tube, adjusted AC drain pan tilt for optimal performance, and cleaned out bird nest debris from the exhaust pipe on the side of the house and installed screening to prevent future nesting. The thing I appreciated most was these guys were not pushy salesmen. They showed me that the 19 yr old AC coils showed rusting due to condensation - something to be aware of but no need to replace. Instead of trying to sell a new AC unit, they explained there would be no issue replacing if/when needed down the road. Totally recommend these guys!

Kevin and Trace came out first thing in the morning for to help repair my AC. They were both incredibly kind, insightful, and efficient. Kevin took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why. Could not be happier with the work that was done and would recommend to anyone in need of HVAC assistance. Prices were incredibly fair and reasonable as well.

It was the hottest streak of weather & our AC went out. We called a local business that had good reviews. Cady Heating & Cooling was able to squeeze us in the same day we called. Kevin & his two sons came over, diagnosed the issue & replaced the part. All in less than 40 minutes! Kevin explained everything to me thoroughly so I could understand what happened & how to get the best use of our heating & cooling system. His sons Trace & Cole fixed the AC & had it blowing cold again. They charged us a fair price, which is rare these days. They were polite, kind, caring & we will most definitely use them for all our future heating/cooling needs! I highly recommend them.

Working with Kevin and his team was just a fantastic experience from start to finish. My wife and I recently bought a home in the Sycamore area and desperately needed to replace the existing AC Unit. Kevin provided a quote for full replacement that we were very happy with. Being first time home buyers we didn't realize just how poorly our AC Unit had been maintained. There was shoddy electrical work done to it that had made it actually quite dangerous to even turn on, and Kevin was extremely thorough in educating us on exactly what needed to be done to ensure our new unit would be efficient but above all safe for long term use.

Kevin, Trace, and Cole completed the actual replacement and remedied all of the substandard electrical work so that we now have an effective unit that won't cause us any concerns for us or our home going into the future.

The Cady team was professional, sincerely kind, and totally transparent in their process throughout our consultation and the repair itself. We were blown away at the work they completed for our home and they will be our first call in the future for any other HVAC needs we might have for our home. So grateful to them and would recommend whole-heartedly!

This is a great family business. They came as promised and installed a new furnace. Everyone will be warm for Thanksgiving. Cady Heating is a pleasure to work with, reliable and knowledgeable.

We had no heat when we woke up Friday after Thanksgiving, called Cady Heating, they were here very quickly. Had the part we needed in the truck, installed and up and running in no time. Will use them whenever we have a problem. Friendly, knowledgeable, they are local.
