They put on a new roof, gutters, and siding due to hail damage. They handled all the communications with insurances and communicated frequently with us on what was happening. They were very professional, helped us pick the colors, and the house looks AMAZING! Before pic is with the shutters.

The repair work was completed at a high level and 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The team did a great job in matching the color of the existing soffit and trim. The price they charged was reasonable and well worth the work provided. Would definitely use Home Restoration again for future home projects.

Jonathan and his team agreed to use my existing lights that we had from another light company and decorate my house for Christmas. We are so pleased with the work of Luis and his team on capping our decorative attic vent with aluminum matching our homes siding. They came and were done within an hour. They were courteous, kind and professional in their interactions with me. They even went the extra mile knocking down the beginning of a wasp nest next to that vent. I chose Jonathon and Home Restoration Experts because they were local and able to do all the work I needed at a very competitive price. In all, they completed cedar siding repair (replacing a large percentage of boards), whole-house exterior painting, a new roof, and new gutters. Home Restoration Experts was great to work with! They inspected my roof, fixed some loose shingles, and solved a gutter/water pooling issue by redirecting the water and replacing a small gutter with a slightly larger one. Home restoration services were reliable, fair, and did excellent work. Highly recommend!

HRC was great to work with and they did a fantastic job. They replaced portions of our siding that were damaged. After they were finished, you couldn’t tell the difference between the existing and replaced siding. Jonathon was very responsive and professional. Overall very pleased.

Proceed with caution my window was installed incorrectly the screen would not fit. I was told it was the wrong size I ordered a new one turns out it was the window installation. The first installer lied about the screen the second guy admitted the window was installed incorrect he tried cutting the tab off the screen to make it fit no luck .i had the first screen looks like the first guy did the same.After many many calls Robert came out said he would get a custom screen to fit.Many calls texts later he texted he had the screen and would install it 7 -10 days I been calling and texting as usual with Silver Hammer no response. Good luck if you hire them

Robert responded quickly to my initial inquiry, gave a fair quote and completed the project in the timeframe he committed. Did a great job re-roofing and refreshing our shed! A pleasure to work with.

After many months after job supposedly finished, Rob never came back to repair stairs that his hired contractor messed up and damaged, to this day he is still giving us the runaround, he has admitted to the damage.Has seen it personally but has yet to attempt to have damage repaired.

Rob and his Silver Hammer team did a fantastic job on several projects for us. Painting, including an 18' foyer, installed new light fixtures, bathroom hardware and faucets. All work was done beautifully to our full satisfaction. We will definitely use Silver Hammer again and again.

I recently hired Robert and his team to finish my garage. He was very responsive and made great suggestions to help keep the project within my desired budget. The work was completed on-time and looks great.

Rob doesn’t do the work himself, instead hires random other contractors to do the work. He drops them off and then leaves so it’s not possible to discuss any issues and then comes to pick them up for next job. He didn’t finish the job and left bc he scheduled too many jobs on the same day, leaving us without a working stove for 4 days. The contractor didn’t have all the parts so even the in-wall oven wasn’t properly installed. He left the place a mess and overall was way more headache than it’s worth. He’s also rather expensive compared to others. I thought he had expertise but sadly he doesn’t.

I would highly recommend Silver Hammer. Robert Omelson, the owner, is friendly, relatable, very knowledgeable, experienced and professional. I really appreciated that he was very respectful of my home, explained what was being done, and never slacked off. He had great assistants who were also friendly, professional and respectful. His prices were competitive and the the quality of the work was excellent. Additionally, as a woman, he never tried to talk down to me, nor did he try to take advantage of me because of my lack of knowledge. He was straightforward in his approach and direct--I never felt like I had to read between the lines. His way of conducting business should be a primer for contractors. He sets a high standard. As someone who's had a couple of bad experiences in my home, I know the difference between professionalism and unprofessionalism. Going with Silver Hammer was a great decision and again, I would highly recommend them.
