Constraction reviews in Warrenville, Illinois

I had D&M Home Inprovement do a large exterior project at my house including new siding, a new roof, a shed remodel, and tear down of a screened structure. Israel was very punctual throughout the whole process always answering my questions and addressed any concerns quickly. I would definitely recommend D&M for exterior work. My home looks great! Not to mention the comfort of a 15 year workmanship warranty.

D&M Home Improvement is one of the best businesses I have ever dealt with. They truly are interested in helping people to repair their homes in the best way possible at the best cost. They are reasonable and do great work. I am so happy to have found them and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who asks. They answered all our questions and made recommendations that made sense. They were able to handle all our requests for the attic, electrical, plumbing and window repairs.

I highly recommend D&M Home Improvement. They were professional and very knowledgeable. They came out the same day I called and gave me an estimate and finished the job the next day. Price was very reasonable and the work was stellar. They replaced my siding as well as a window on my home. I highly recommend reaching out to D&M Home Improvements for any of your home restoration needs.

We got our whole roof replaced with D&M. It was a massive job and so we consulted with almost 10 companies before deciding to go with them. They were very professional and very comprehensive in scoping out the project. They made the right recommendations, told us exactly what we needed, and helped us a lot with material selection by showing us a whole range of samples. When the work started, they were flexible around our requests, were very friendly, and did a fantastic job. Cherry on top - also one of most competitive in terms of pricing. In my opinion, they went above and beyond to ensure that we get a great deal, great roof, and a very smooth experience.

I would like to take a minute and share my experience that we had with our contractor we hired. D&M home improvements did an outstanding job on James Hardie siding.we were going back and forth with colors and plank sizing. The project manger listened to what we were looking for and sheared with us a variety of colors to help us narrow it down but guided us also gave us pointers to help choose the color we did.I’m beyond happy with color we went with. Israel and his team did an outstanding job from the first contact we had with him and his crew. Super knowledgeable and always answered any questions we had fantastic experience with D&M I would highly recommend to friends and family. Had down the best customer service.Thank you again D&M for all your help!

D&M Home Improvement was able to help us get a flat roof replaced that we discovered to be damaged while replacing a roof top deck. It came up during the process of replacing the deck and they provided next day service and helped us out to keep our project moving. We highly recommend working with Israel from D&M Home Improvement and are thankful they could fit us in so quickly.

Our house is beautiful! Israel was wonderful to work with. He takes pride in the services they offer and ensures you will not be a dissatisfied customer. From start to finish they addressed our questions, concerns and made wonderful suggestions to make our house absolutely PERFECT! Their motto is our family taking care of yours and it can’t be a more true statement.

Israel Martinez was our Project Manager for a total exterior siding project in September. Good bye Cedar siding. Hello Hardi Board! We had an excellent crew. The job site was cleaned up everyday. Even a metal detector to find nails. The crew took a break for lunch and that was it. When they needed materials someone went and picked them up. Israel installed new light fixtures we provided and picked up a back garage door we had bought at Home Depot for us. They vented the family room roof as we had condensation problems and replaced a couple missing roof shingles. Replaced the gutters. It looks like a brand new house! We highly recommend this company. It was a pleasure to work with them all. Thanks Guys! Betty Ruwitch

Israel Martinez at D&M Home Improvement was a pleasure to work with on our home siding replacement project. He was instrumental in helping us choose the right colors and accessories. He was very professional and kept us updated on all phases of the projet. The crew did a 5 Star job with the installation of the siding and trim, as well as cleanup after each day's work. We have other projects that D&M will be helping us with. We fully trust in their professionalism and ability to do the job right.

Wow, a simple small professional family company that does outstanding home repairs. Israel has several handyman that can perform the duties of carpentry, painting, siding, roofing, etc. They are timely, dependable, clean up well and do a great job! I only needed some repairs and painting but his team literally nailed it. I have zero reservations for using his services for both my residential and professional commercial needs. I have referred D & M to several neighbors, family and friends knowing their jobs will be more than satisfactorily completed.

Less than 24 hours later, the repair was completed! Israel was friendly and professional. The customer service from D & M Improvements was top notch all the way around. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them again.

We had a tree fall on our garage and as anyone can imagine it was a nightmare! I contacted D&M and I heard back from Israel immediately. He made time to come and do an estimate and helped us cover the damage until the insurance went through. The job was done quickly and perfect and Israel was attentive and made sure to take care of all the odd ends to make sure we got the most bank for our money

I hired D & M to replace my wood siding with vinyl siding and also replace gutters/down spouts and replace a couple of windows. Customer service rep Israel went above and beyond with suggestions and ideas on colors, styles, etc. and continued to follow up until we were satisfied with all work. Working crew was fast and efficient and did a great job in a matter of a few days. Price was competitive with all others I received quotes on and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Israel and his team were fantastic! He stopped by for the original estimate and answered my questions. When there was some confusion, he came back again to reassure me of my concerns. Contract was simple to understand. His crew came and finished my work in a very timely manner. They were very respectful and did a great job of cleaning up after they finished. I’d recommend D&M for any exterior projects.

These Guys are the BEST! Don't worry, just sign on the dotted line for the contract and you will have no worries! I promise! Phenomenal work and the bill was more than fair. I NEVER give a 5 Star review, NEVER! The quality of their work should be 10 STARS! Excellent work, the way the siding should have been installed 20 years ago. D&M Home Improvement is a rarity!

Had a great experience working with Israel for our roof replacement project. He went over our options very extensively and helped us get a very thorough understanding of different products. We ended up going with Euroshield. Israel gave us a very competitive price and did a fantastic job with installation. It's been over a year since installation, the roof looks great, and we've had no issues so far. I'd work with Israel for future home projects and I feel comfortable recommending him to friend and family without reservation.

Corey, Israel and their team were great to work with! We are in love with our 100 year old house again❤️ Highly recommend 👍
