Constraction reviews in Warrenville, Illinois

Israel and his team did the full replacement of the siding of our home. There was constant communication from the start - the crew came everyday and finished the job within a week and half. There were some very small items that we had noticed after they were done so we sent a text to Israel. He came over and they were fixed the next day. They left the place clean and swept for nails as well after the job was done. The crew are not sub contractors but employees of the company so they showed up every weekday, pay attention to detail, and complete the job. They also offer 15 yr workmanship warranty which was one of the reasons why we chose them as well as their quote. They also have financing options as well. If anyone is looking for siding replacement, we 1000% recommend D&M Home Improvement.

Hi, just wanted to share my review. I called D & M Home Improvements with a small siding job. Marco was able to come over to the house very promptly and take care of the issue in no time. Highly recommended. Ben R.

It has been such a pleasure working with D&M Home Improvements. Israel and his crew are the best of the best! I'm very pleased with my window replacement. Their work is impeccable, the cost was VERY fair, and they were exceptionally clean when finished. Don't hesitate to call D&M for your next home Improvement project. You'll be as pleased as I am that you did!

Considering the difficulties getting contractors to respond. much less show up to do the work, not the case with D&M Home Improvements. They were recommended to me and did exactly what I needed. They did it on time and no hassle. Give them a shot. You won’t be disappointed !!!

We have been extremely happy with the work done by D&M Home Improvements. From our initial interactions with Corey when he came out to give us a quote to the work that was done by the window and siding crews- it has all been top notch. Israel and Corey both go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied with the work and the end results. They both had a presence on site while the work was being completed to ensure it was being done well and to our satisfaction. Very happy we chose this company for our project. Will definitely hire then again!

We are more than pleased with our entire experience working with D&M home improvements. Israel was extremely professional and offered many great ideas to transform our 1940's home to look completely updated with Hardie siding a new roof and windows. The project management by Israel was on point and executed from to start to finish on time in a organized fashion. The jobsite was left clean and sealed up at the end of the day with zero problems in between storms. We would highly recommend D&M Home Improvements in the future it was a pleasure to work with them.

Israel and his crew at D & M Home Improvements did an amazing job on my home installing all new James Hardie siding. They also installed new lights and a new front door. He worked on getting me approved through my insurance and also was very responsive during the whole process. Highly recommended.

Would highly recommend. It was a pleasure working with Israel on replacement of our roof. He made several trips here to patiently answer all our questions and offered really good advice as we gathered bids. His price was very competitive and included a superior class 4 Malarkey roofing system and new gutters. His crew did a great job on the installation. They protected exteriors and landscaping, working quickly, and cleaned up thoroughly every day.

We cannot recommend D&M enough. Not pushy, worked with us to do exactly what we envisioned. Communication is excellent as well. Israel and Marcos, you two are amazing! Thank you!

I couldn’t be happier with the job they done. From the first call to the final cleanup, they treated me like family and made sure I felt comfortable and informed that every step of the way. The work was high-quality, professional, and done with care. It’s rare to find a company that truly values its customers.

D&M did a great job on our recent home siding and garage roof project. Through it all, their team was communicative, detail oriented, and provided some great solutions and work arounds to my older 1950s home, to maintain its character well into the future.

We love our new siding! Corey and Isreal we're such a pleasure to work with. From start to finish, they kept us informed as to everything that was going on. And the crew they have working for them were courteous and hard working. They cleaned up each day when they finished. I have already recommended D & M to a couple of our neighbors and will continue to recommended them in the future. Honestly a great company to have work done from.
