We met with their rep 3 days ago to get a bid on a new concrete patio. Wasted our time going over the details and the rep who said she'd have the numbers later that day or early the next. No response.

Took down a damaged pergola from a storm that was 12x12 and cemented in. 2 men arrived and it took them less than 35 minutes. Both men were polite and Had MONSTER STRENGTH. A job well done boys you have earned my business and will be very highly recommended.

F & C installed the back portion of our fence. The fence looks really good, better than the old one! The crew was friendly and hard working. Couldn’t have asked for better service from Francisco and Claudia!

If you're looking for a company for quality work, F & C Demo and Construction is the place for you. They installed a new stamped concrete patio for me and it looks amazing. Francisco the owner, pays attention to detail and is very knowledgeable. The patio that they installed for me was not at all easy, very complex, lots of detail, especially with the stamped concrete fire pit! If there are any concerns that you have, he will walk through them with you and make sure that you are 100% satisfied. He really cares about his customers.

I definitely recommend F&C demo they did an amazing job on our patio. The guys worked very fast and left the area super clean afterwards. I will definitely use them next time.

Highly recommended!!! We got multiple quotes on doing our brick paved patio and F&C was for sure the winner! Not only was the pricing unbeatable, they really made us feel taken care of. Very easy to work with and considerate. We were so happy with the way our patio turned out we had them do our landscaping as well. Totally transformed our backyard and we couldn't be happier!!!

My husband and I would highly recommend F&C Demo and Construction Corp. They just replaced our very old and dilapidated fence. The new fence is beautiful! They are professional, quick to respond, and very accommodating. During the design process we changed our mind a few times and they were always very patient and helpful! I would highly recommend F&C demo and construction to friends and family. The team was very helpful, listened to what we wanted and was a great value for high quality work. The crew began work on time and finished very quickly. Had wonderful finishing touches, like cleaning everything and even went above and beyond planting grass in areas that were not involved in their project, just to help us out. We are very pleased with our new patio! Will be calling for future landscaping and retaining wall projects.

So grateful we found the landscaping company we will forever use! Claudia and Francisco were amazing to work with. First, they came out and did a free estimate and discussed all the possibilities. They were flexible, did an amazing job which we are very happy with and did it quickly with professionalism. We got several quotes from different companies and this company was by far more reasonable in cost and the quality of the work did not disappoint. We will be using F&C for any landscaping needs from now on.

F&C laid a concrete sidewalk from the driveway to the front of the house. They also repaved the asphalt driveway. They did an excellent job. We had some delays, but it was not F&Cs fault. We had to wait for the village to replace the sidewalk in front of the house. Once the sidewalk was completed F&C jumped right in and started their work. The scheduling actually worked out to our advantage. F&C was able to perform all of the work while we were out of town. Our neighbor kept an eye on the construction team and informed us (when we got home) they did an excellent job and "worked their butts off".

We liked working with Francisco and Claudia, and F&C did a nice job with our driveway in spring 2022. Claudia took care of all the village permitting issues, plus she found railings in the color we wanted despite the very limited supply of that color (it just understandably took some time). F&C made some wise suggestions about widening the driveway and staircase beyond what we had originally. The railing installation didn't meet village code at first, so F&C came out and adjusted it. The total price was competitive.

Our only problem is the staircase is proving brittle. Two years later there are many pock marks, even a few outright holes. The winter ice and the use of salt contributed to be sure, but the marks continued even after I used the "safer" salt. I realize no salt is 100% safe, but we're surprised by the amount of damage; it indicates weak concrete on the steps (and how else do we make the steps safe in the winter?). (The driveway remains in very good shape.) Claudia came out and took a look last year and said F&C would come out and patch the holes, but that didn't happen after repeated check-ins.

Fantastic job on my driveway. I’ve been trying to find a concrete contractor that communicates for two years and Claudia was wonderful.

Claudia was very quick with responding to our needs. She was able to give us a reasonable estimate. The workers showed up as promised and got their work done. Cleaned up after themselves everyday.

We love our new mailbox. It turned out how we wanted it to.

We have used F & C Demo and Construction to remove a two story carriage house from our property and most recently, to build a deck for our aboveground pool. They do a fantastic job! Claudia and Francisco are always very responsive to any questions or inquiries, answering both emails and phone calls right away. They show up when they say they say they will and their work is amazing. They also do a great job cleaning up the job site and leaving it looking as if they were never there. I highly recommend them for any project that project you may need done.
