Francisco and his crew did a fantastic job on our front porch and walkway! They were on time every day and cleaned up every day. The final clean made it look like they weren’t even here. They even refluffed the grass where they put down their protection. We couldn’t be happier with the final result! Thank you guys! I would highly recommend them and use them in the future.

Fantastic company! We had a tiny project that needed to be fixed that we were stuck with after a less than favorable landscaping company stuck us with a technicality.

We had a sump pump connected to the city sewer line and the patch was done incorrectly by the landscaping company and then stuck us with the fix.

Claudia was great to deal with, super understanding and jumped through all the regulation hoops the city had as well.

This project was such a headache for us and they were the advil! Thanks guys great fix!

F & C replaced the asphalt on our driveway with concrete. Claudia was quick to respond to my inquiry. She came out the next day to give me an estimate, and had no problem providing me with references. The job was completed on time and on budget. It looks great... many of our neighbors have told us so!

Francisco & Claudia are fantastic people to work with and reasonably priced. F&C took down an old pole barn of mine today. They were very professional and took exceptional care to protect my lawn & clean up.

We are really happy with the service F&C provided. They installed a drain in our front and poured a new concrete slab, giving us a little porch. They also built us a little retainer wall and installed some sod around it. It looks like a totally different house. The drain works great at relieving water building up by our front window. See the before and after.

The team showed up and exceeded our expectations. They removed and replaced our fence, driveway, and installed a retaining wall, patio and sidewalk. Leveling out and installing river rock. The team was professional and efficient. The job was done on schedule and looks great. Thanks!!

We had our asphalt driveway replaced with concrete and it looks great! They widened our driveway and leveled it off in areas that had dropped over the years. They also leveled it off with the sewer cap that is in our driveway. No more worrying about it taking out the under carriage of our cars.

We shopped around for different concrete companies and they were the best priced. If I had any questions Claudia was able to respond back fairly quickly.

Francisco and Claudia were also super nice and down to earth, which made working with them an easy choice!

I recently had the pleasure of working with F & C Demo and Construction, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results! Other companies were no shows or had 5+ days waiting time for just a straight forward estimate - but F&C was there in just two days and sent the estimate shortly after!

The fence they built has transformed my yard into a relaxing oasis, and their attention to detail is evident in every panel. The owner himself came out and built the gate from scratch! I had then pour a concrete slab for my garage. Did fine on the price, but the finished job was out of level by almost an inch over 13'. They refuse to fix the situation by pouring self leveler on the slab. They claim it's my fault. My fault that they don't level their forms? I have tried many times to schedule the fix but they NEVER follow up. Unless you want to check their every form for proper slope, don't hire them.

Not only was the crew of F & C Demo incredibly easy to work with, but they were also genuinely nice people. They were consistently on time, reasonable with their costs and quick to get the work done. They did an amazing job replacing our 50' long driveway, sidewalks, sod and burying our gutter drainage pipes.

Claudia and Francisco were wonderful to work with, from start to finish! I contacted them because our front steps were in bad shape and crumbling. Claudia came out for the estimate and explained the process to me thoroughly. She was so patient with all my questions through email as I tried to find the correct railings, and also stayed on top of communication about the project. Francisco is so nice and has a good sense of humor. Definitely cares about the quality of the work. He and his crew did a great job and we are in love with our new steps and railings! We also ended up hiring for spring cleanup of our front and backyard, which turned out very nice as well. Highly recommend F & C!

Claudia and Francisco were fantastic to work with. We quoted our concrete patio out to several contractors. F&C had a great rate and did a great job. They took care of the permits. Even our neighbors commented on how quick, efficient and clean they were. We are so excited to have a nice space to relax in our backyard.

I have a WOW master bath! Sandy designed a beautiful and creative space. The process was clean, on time, and on budget. The cabinets are beautiful! Sandy helped pick out each selection, we even visited the granite yard to select the perfect piece. The team was always available by email or phone for any questions. I would recommend them and hope to use them again in the future.

We are really happy with our newly-rehabbed kitchen and family room. The workmanship is beautiful, and we were thrilled with the ease of the process. Everyone involved, from the design consultant (Sharon) to the project manager (Mark), to all of the construction workers, were professional and courteous, and actually a joy to work with. Best of all, they stayed on schedule and finished the project on time! We highly recommend this company!

We had a positive experience having Synergy do our kitchen update. They installed new countertops, cooktop, sink, faucets and disposal. Their price was competitive and they stayed within their cost and time-frame estimates. Sharon, our project developer, guided us along every step of the way and helped us pick out the perfect piece of granite for our kitchen. She always took the time to answer our questions and ensure we were comfortable with their process. Quality work was done by all members of their team and the sub-contractors they hired. We ended up having a couple of issues, but they were addressed and corrected in a timely manner. We would definitely consider them for any future projects we may have.

We used Synergy to re-finish our basement after it flooded. The Synergy team was extremely friendly, and highly skilled. Our basement turned out better than we could have imagined and has quickly become our favorite room in the house. Synergy made the process very simple. Their craftsmanship and cleanliness was top notch! I would use them again, without question, and highly recommend them to anyone willing to listen.

I wish I could share positive remarks similar to other's experience with this company but to be honest, the experience with our kitchen remodel was awful. The positives were the initial consultation, and the cabinet quality. Once the build started; however, everything went downhill very quickly. Our project was suppose to be from June 5th-July 28th and ended up "finishing" in December.
First, we were given a calendar to follow the progress of our kitchen and know what was happening on what exact day; however, that itinerary was never accurate. There were more than two weeks of accumulated days where people were suppose to work and no one showed up. When a lonely soul would show up, he would be wandering around the house or sitting outside in his truck waiting for the project manager because he said he has never done a task like framing. Good to hear as a client :(
Second, we had scheduled in advance ABT to install and panel our appliance. We chose this date based on this calendar we were given. When it came close to the install date, we had demo remaining and still down to the studs. We hounded the project manager about the timeline, he would reply with the same response that they were on time. This wasn't the case because they were far from being ready and thus we lost our spot for install.
Finally and weeks behind we got dry wall up, and low and behold, we had walls off by 7inches. The worst part of it all was that I had to get my tape measure out, check their work, and point this out. We had to harass the higher up's and they gave us a new project manager. They had to tear down all the incorrectly measured walls and because of this incorrect measurement we had to decrease the size of our pantry.
Installation day for my appliances came and we had to use their recommended company Wehrli because we lost our ABT spot. This ended up being $700 more than what ABT charged us. We asked if this would be covered because of how delayed they were and we got a whopping $250 credit...Our backsplash still has holes in the grout, one of our cabinets were sanded down when they sanded our drywall, there were seams that I had to caulk myself, and when their cabinet medics came to touch up the imperfection of our cabinets they missed many spots we flagged. We have under cabinet light rails that are not even, and still have small holes in our walls. This is the finished product we will have to live with because there was never a final walk through and there never will be.
Looking back, our experience felt like we chose any ordinary contractor but paid a kitchen design company price for it. We waited a year for this company to be available because of they sold us on how we can trust them that they would manage this project in a timely manner as my wife and I are both busy with our own lives; but in the end, it ended with us managing, checking, and following up constantly only to be disappointed with the final result. Wish we had a better experience.

Synergy was hired to complete a master bedroom and bath addition for our home. They were professional, dedicated and extremely knowledgeable with every aspect of our project. We had a great experience with everyone from the company and would use them again for any future projects we have. I would not hesitate to recommend Synergy to any of my friends and family.
