After shopping around. Brian's heating and air conditioning brilliant came through with price point, although a little disappointed of not able to do the unit within the 1st day as requested, they didn't fall short to try to make it up. To compensate for an very hot day with a portable air conditioner. My overall experience with Brian's I would say is not bad if you're looking for an affordable air conditioning unit And the workers were very professional, they came in and put. Sheets down on the floors which they didn't have to do.
I would give a very high mark for that.. I would definitely check them out and I would recommend their business.

Tom at Brian’s Heating & Air Conditioning was fantastic to work with. He showed up to the appointment on time and was very friendly. He diagnosed the issue with our AC very quickly and resolved the issue with a high attention to detail. Tom was very helpful in explaining what was wrong and provided recommendations for the future. The cost of our service was extremely reasonable.

Brian's Heating and Cooling is the only hvac contractor i would use. I have had them over several times and even have their maintenance agreement. Service has always been top notch. Rolando did the last call and fixed an AC line leak that the original installer had missed. He took his time, answered all questions and it was obvious how much he cared for his craft and wanted to be thorough. Definitely ask for him if you have the option.

So glad we called Brain's! They were super responsive and had someone out here to diagnose our issue right away. Miguel was able to diagnose the issue and give us proper solutions within 15 minutes of arrival. After having several other companies come out and not be helpful, so thankful we found Brian's. Great customer service, great communication and quick scheduling. Can't wait to work with them again.

Our furnace went out Christmas morning and the owner Brian was very responsive on the holiday with us about our furnace issues and timely with quote for new system. The price was very reasonable, the staff were on time, prepared, efficient and professional. Brian was very knowledgeable and we felt very comfortable using this company to install a new heating system. We are overall very pleased and recommend without hesitation!

Our technician Fernando was awesome! We've had SEVERAL other companies come out to our home to fix our AC and they have never fully fixed the issue. Fernando found a different issue with our system, versus the other guys, and FIXED the AC. Wish I had of called this company last year!!!! 5 stars in my book!

Miguel did a fantastic job. He spent extra time to understand the issue we were experiencing because the system wasn’t making the noise for him that we had been hearing. His patience and commitment to doing this right was on full display. The pricing is fair and I would definitely recommend Brian’s!

Same day appointment, arrived on time. Jason was professional & polite. He explained the problem and promptly repaired it. Also gave me a few good tips on maintaining my heating and a/c systems. Will defiantly recommend them and use again. Price wasn’t bad either.

12/11/23 Once again, Miguel from Brian’s Heating & Air has done an excellent job servicing my HVAC unit. He looked into a couple minor issues I was having, & quickly fixed them. He did the service & then took the time to explain what he did & why I had been having the minor issues I was having, along with providing easy solutions to fix them. I 100% recommend them!

Miguel from Brian’s Heating & Air is awesome! I trust him implicitly. He is personable, professional, and responsive. He has repeatedly taken the time to show me how to use my new thermostats & HVAC system.

We worked with Brian's for years in our townhome and received great service through them. When we purchased a single family home earlier this year and the AC went out, Brian's was our first call. Our usual tech came out, checked everything for us and sold us an AC and furnace with dual zone heating/cooling as well as a quote to fix a few other things that were wrong with the ducting. All was great, until the installation. The usual tech we had worked with for years had left the company, and they used a subcontractor to do the installation. The experience was terrible. First, they installed a broken ionizer (never worked). They also had no idea how to do the dual zone ducting. Eventually they resorted to cutting a hole in our bedroom wall, and even then we discovered it still did not work. We called the company to have someone come back out to fix it and set up a time, and no one showed up. We called again, set up a new time, another no show. Finally, the third time, the exact same subcontractor finally showed up, took 20 minutes, said it was fixed. Why you would send the same person who did not know how to install it in the first place is a mystery to me, but fine. It was not fixed. We ended up having another company come out to fix it. When he came out, he found out the ionizer was not working either and there were several other issues.
I was going to just let it go and never use this company again, but then last week we were having our insulation in the basement replaced, and the installer found out that our dryer connection (which was something we had on our list with Brian's to be re-ducted), was not actually connected to the outside. The installer had not had a long enough duct apparently, so he quite literally just left it hanging and COVERED IT with the insulation we had. Not only is this terrible workmanship, it is also dangerous as we had all of our dryer discharge just blowing right into our insulation. Had we not had our insulation replaced, we may never have noticed it and the heat plus lint build up could have created a very dangerous situation.

All in all, a terrible experience. Hopefully they are no longer using that subcontractor because prior to this, they really were a nice company to work with.

After shopping around a good deal Brian's was the better price point and had the best payment options. All the staff were friendly and professional from start to finish. Zach and Jodie completed our install and we're great!

From my initial emails with Cindy, I was already impressed with the company and was hoping the service would match! Tom called to let us know he was on his way and arrived promptly. He explained what he would be doing and wore shoe coverings in the house. He was up front and honest with us. We knew our ac was old but he didn't tell us we needed a new ac right away or needed repairs right then and there. We knew we would need to replace it in the next year or two and he confirmed that without us telling him the history. We decided to sign up for the maintenance plan to have them come back in the fall for the furnace.

I looked through a lot of reviews online, the BBB, etc before we decided to call someone out for the tune up. I liked what I saw and the reviews are pretty spot on with the service Brian's provided.

Jason came out to the house to check for a possible leak and did routine maintenance on the heater and humidifier. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I believe he did a great job and took the additional time to explain my unit and what was causing the smell. While I didn’t do my due diligence in price comparison, so I can’t speak to competitive pricing, I was very comfortable paying what I did for this level of service.

Brian's is great. Came highly recommended from work as they do our HVAC and have done 2 of the owner's houses.

Ac quit Sunday night, they had Miguel onsite Monday at 11am. Miguel was great explained everything to me along the way so I understood what he was doing since I'm always nosy about how to troubleshoot for the future.

Diagnosed a bad condenser contactor, repaired it, and ran a new 6 wire line to my nest in under an hour. Was thinking about doing the annual service anyway and was impressed with their work so I added that and he finishihed in another 30 minutes.

It was fast easy and affordable, will definitely use them again in the future.

My heater stopped working altogether, and I called BH&AC. They sent a technician to my home the same day just two hours after I called. Manny was friendly and polite, diagnosed the issue and let me know what needed to be replaced and fixed. Within an hour of his arrival, everything was up and running again. Highly recommended.

Brian’s heating and air conditioning came to the rescue! I emailed them late last night, and received an email reply shortly thereafter (on a Friday night of a holiday weekend, no less). They were able to get a technician, Miguel Diaz, out to me this afternoon. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in diagnosing the issue and fixing it quickly. Miguel even stayed to switch out my thermostat for a new smart thermostat, and he patiently helped me learn how to use it and get the settings just right. Great experience, highly recommend!

Brian’s was great to work with. We purchased an AC from them last year and had a good experience previously. Now, we found our AC wasn’t turning on properly and with the warmer weather lately, we needed help ASAP. We had a 2 year warranty so we knew to call Brian’s. They fit us in last minute, arrived on time, and Miguel and Fernando were very professional, knowledgeable and just very friendly! They walked me through the issues, got the AC up and running, and then went the extra mile to look at all my HVAC equipment. I even signed up for a maintenance plan because I felt I could really trust them. They did the full AC tune up and I’m looking forward to their fall furnace tune up visit. Thanks, Brian’s!

Fernando was great. Guided us Boomers thru how to set thermostat schedule. He also cleaned the interior of our AC unit because we had power washed the patio and we didn’t realize that all the dust and dirt was flying into the grill of our new unit!! 😜 Fernando is very easy-going and nice and polite young man.

Brian's came on our radar through a recommendation, so that's a good sign! They have been out to our place several times, and I have always found them great to work with from the scheduling on the phone to the actual service. This time around we had Miguel as our tech, and he was outstanding! We needed a part replaced in our furnace, and before having us pay for it he advised us to contact the previous homeowner and see if the part was covered by a warranty. It wasn't in the end, but I love that he tried to help us out in that way. On past service calls, Brian's has gone above and beyond in other ways, like doing minor electrical work when it turned out the problem wasn't with our A/C machine but our fuse. We appreciate it :)

We are really grateful we found Brian's through a trusted recommendation. We have used them for our heating and air ever since, 6 or so years ago. We just had our A/C tune.up with Jason. Everyone who has been to our home has been wonderful, but Jason is particularly great! This was the second time in a row he has been out to see us, I think. Brian's never recommends anything we don't truly need, and if we do need something they are very transparent about what it is and what the cost will be before they move into the repair. Such was the case with Jason today. We're happy customers!

Manny was excellent. Was at my house at the time scheduled. Services requested were furnace cleaning, AC check and dryer vent cleaned. Manny explained each process and was extremely professional. All the techs at Brian’s are trained this way and it is very much appreciated.
