Brian's Heating replaced my failing Carrier with Armstrong furnace. Very happy. Quieter than my carrier that only lasted 10 years. Great professional service from beginning to end. Would highly recommend. Very smooth process. Done in 4 hours.

Great experience with this company! Other companies gave us a turnaround of 3-4 weeks, but Brian's scheduled us within 1 week.
Our service provider, Miguel, called half an hour before arriving and promptly completed the check/clean of the two AC units at our commercial space. Very professional.

Jason Langlo was our service technician today. He did a totally thorough job of checking out our a/c unit. He added a voltage regulator to protect our compressor. He checked out the entire operating system and cleaned the unit. He explained the entire process to me as he went along. He did a terrific job and I recommend Jason Langlo and Brian’s Heating highly. Top notch service!!!

Brian’s team is amazing. Miguel recommended an HVAC system that met my needs. He did not try to sell me more than I needed, nor try to convince me that I needed an upgrade to new tech.
My system was installed in April. my June and July electricity utilization was HALF of 2020. There were no other changes beyond the new unit. It will pay for itself in no time and the labor/parts warranty give me peace of mind.

I called Brian to look at our A/C that wouldn’t turn on. Friday at 4pm. They came out that night and fixed the problem. Great fast service. Really appreciate it.

Brian's Heating & Air Conditioning has been servicing our HVAC for the past several years, after our long-time person retired and referred them to us. They have been great. Jason Langlo has come out on our last several seasonal maintenance checks. Jason's been early and calls before arriving. Jason takes time to explain things as he works so we understand causes of issues or maintenance tips on our equipment, costs of parts / work involved. Jason replaced our thermostat in 2021 and we're looking to replacing our aging heater and air-conditioner within the next several years and Jason's provided good information on what's involved and how much time we have on our current equipment. Great service from Brian's staff and Jason. Recommend.

Manny did a wonderful job servicing our air conditioner. He called to let us know when he would arrive. He was efficient thorough and knowledgeable. Please have him scheduled for us next year!

For the last week or so our whole house fan was running constantly and no matter what we did, it would not shut off. We called Brian’s and got an appointment for the next day. Jason came out first thing in the morning and was able to determine the issue and prior to fixing explained everything to me. I appreciated the promptness, detailed explanations and great customer service Jason provided. Will definitely be calling Brian’s for future HVAC needs!

This is the company you're looking for! I'm thankful for the fantastic service from Miguel (Service Manager) and his assistant Marlene. I had Brian's Heating and Cooling provide a 2nd opinion and diagnosis of some issues I was experiencing with a system recently installed by another company. Miguel listened intently to my issues and quickly and methodically got to work checking out the equipment. In no time at all, he was able to confidently pinpoint the issues and explain things to me very clearly. I wish I had known about this company before!

We contacted Brian’s after our AC went out on a 90 degree day. They were prompt to come service our house, and we eventually made the decision to replace our HVAC system based on the age snd performance of our current one. Miguel helped price out various options for us, and we never felt pressured to purchase one option over another. He was honest and upfront about what we needed vs. what was a nice to have. He was able to schedule our install for the same week, and BK, Ramone, and their whole install crew were awesome. They made sure everything worked to our liking before they left and walked us through all the work that had been done. They were super clean and courteous of our space, too. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat!

Miguel and Rolando cleaned our air ducts and gas dryer vent. They were very professional, on time and very knowledgeable! I wasn’t sure what to expect so I asked a lot of questions and got quick concise responses to them all. They cleaned up everything and there was no dust in the air (something I was concerned about).
Our dryer vent had not been cleaned in over a decade and I was amazed at how dirty it was. I’m sure that was a fire in the making but now it’s nice and clean. A very good experience!

Miguel came by the night our furnace failed during consecutive days of sub-zero temperatures. He moved his crew's schedule around that night. At 7:00 the next morning, as promised, Fabian and Luis got to work replacing my 15 year old furnace. Miguel came by, chipped in, and worked alongside his crew. They were professional, honest, and did a solid job, making sure we had heat. There was one part that was still needed at the end of the day (yay global parts shortages), and Miguel dropped by the next day as soon as it was delivered to complete the full installation.

They replaced our A/C a couple of years ago and did a great job. They won't be the cheapest, but they are VERY reasonable. If you're price shopping, you're obviously asking for trouble. There's a lot of companies out there that don't have your best interest in mind, and they usually are the cheapest.

Brian's is a great option not only because they hire honest, customer-oriented, knowledgeable, multi-lingual, and competent staff, they also maintain great relationships with reliable suppliers that will bend over backwards to get them the best parts as quickly as possible.

Miguel showed up ready to work and solve my issue. Probably one the best service person I have had come to my home. Very eager to get the job done, while explaining where my issues were. I asked Miguel some additional questions and he was more than willing to offer his expertise. I know it is hard to find a good company with great customer service, but Miguel was able to give me both of those.

Highly recommend this company if you are looking for HVAC work and a company that truly cares about it’s customer.

I called Brian’s when my AC compressor wasn’t kicking on properly. Jason and Clayton showed up the next day and got me fixed right up. Identified a bad capacitor and had it changed out in no time. Great price, great knowledgeable staff. Thank you for being a company I can trust to help maintain my home!!

I was in a bind as it was some of the coldest days of the winter and my heater blower gave out. I was able to schedule an appointment on Wed evening and Tom came out the next day. He was very courteous and helped explain what was wrong and gave me a very fair quote to replace the blower. They even gave me a very good price on a new furnaces since mine was 16 years old. I was tempted but unfortunately I have too many expenses at the moment otherwise I would've pulled the trigger and got a new furnace that I need. I do appreciate them trying to work with me. Anyways Tom was awesome! My furnace is working again and my toes can be nice and toasty again. Thank you!
