Today, Ricardo came out to inspect and service our AC. Ricardo was pleasant, professional, respectful and very knowledgeable. He listened to our concerns, & thoroughly inspected our AC unit. He confirmed our concerns regarding the attic fan, documented all necessary info. In order to get this issue correctly resolved.
Once he completed the maintenance process, he reviewed everything he did and answered all questions. He checked the air return filter, and didn't just tell us it needed replacing, but asked if we had a new filter and then replaced it. Thanks Ricardo, saved me a trip up the ladder.
The service today was a 5 out of 5 for sure.
Would be a 10 if ratings went that high.

This past August our Mitsubishi mini split room air conditioner stopped working for the first time in 18 years. Jonathan S. figured out and fixed the problem after some investigation. He was also able to reconnect the leaking drain line( 9 feet off the ground) so we didn't have to replace the entire line.
Jonathan S.also repaired our furnace in Jan. 2024 . This was not an easy diagnosis as it was very difficult to reproduce the fault with a technician present. He did eventually figure out the problem and do the repair. He is very patient, thoughtful and accurate in diagnosing a problem.
We have received great service from Blue Frost, Jonathan and others who have done yearly tune-ups.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service provided by Jonathan S during his visit on June 11 to service our AC units.

From the moment he arrived, Jonathan was respectful and professional. Without needing a reminder, he kindly removed his shoes upon entering our home, which we really appreciated as we do not wear shoes indoors. That small gesture spoke volumes about his attentiveness and respect for our household preferences.

He also took the time to clearly explain what the service would involve, which was extremely helpful. It allowed me to plan around the noise during an important meeting and made the entire process smoother.

Jonathan was thorough, careful, and didn’t rush through the work. My father also mentioned how detailed he was with both cleaning and servicing the units. It was clear he takes pride in his work.

Overall, I’m very happy with the service and glad to know he’ll be returning to service the furnaces in September.

We have been using Blue Frost for our service and furnace needs since a good friend recommended them around 2013. I have never worked professionally in the heating industry but my Dad did for 45 years meaning I spent a lot of time helping him as a kid! I am very impressed with the accuracy of the technicians as I had an issue at the old house and they fixed it quickly. The new house we just bought had a 31 year old furnace and needed replacement. They came next day and installed a new Trane S9V2, air purifier, and air scrubber with ozone. Jeff was here on schedule and also assisted by Neil, and Nick. All were extremely professional, and efficient at their job. Protected the floors and did not make a mess. Blue Frost is my go to and that will not change. One other thing is being in the service industry myself it is finding a company that communicates as well as Blue Frost. They keep you well informed of the schedule so you know exactly what is going on. Try them you will be happy.

Alex was simply outstanding as always, providing top notch service and a detailed, honest assessment of our furnace performance following our annual maintenance visit. I had my annual maintenance of the HVAC equipment last Saturday morning. Tony was thorough and very personable. He explained what he had done and showed me the pictures he had taken of the work. He gave me advice on how to do the battery replacement on my thermostat and showed me the correct way to remove and replace the thermostat on its base. We were both happy that my systems were in specification as we were expecting afternoon guests and Tony was going to a Birthday party. I recommend Blue Frost and Tony.
