Javier came on time, just when we needed him. Did an excellent job and very experienced. He was able to explain everything step by step and took care of the issue we were having on our furnace. A repair guy from Four seasons showed up and tried to convince me that my heat exchanger needed replacement and was more interested in selling me a new HVAC system more than repairing anything. I had my doubts as my new construction house is barely 10 years old. I always take multiple quotes for most jobs and I ensure I always patronize local businesses even if the prices are slightly on the higher side. Francesco showed up and immediately exuded confidence about diagnosing the problem. From the onset he knew it wasn’t a major break fix or repair work but rather some routine maintenance/cleaning work. He eventually fixed the problem and got my furnace up and running in less than 30 minutes. I couldn’t be more grateful. They charged me a fair price. I will always go back to them and give them continued business. Competence and integrity have no surrogate in business. Stay away from the cheats and learn to recognize when you see one!

Erik is a true professional and tackled the job before him confidence and patience. My furnace is in my attic and is not easy to get to or to work around. With no complaints he tackled the job making me feel comfortable about heading into the winter.

Chris heating and cooling was great when we moved to the area. We had a not functional furnace and the team was able to come out 2 days later and do a full replacement on a Saturday! Erich was fantastic and super knowledgeable. We will be using them for all of our future servicing and HVAC questions.

They were well rated when I searched the internet.
They provided 0% financing.
After they installed the new furnace the new thermostat was approximately 4-5 degrees off from actual room temperature.
I called them the next day and they returned with a working replacement same day.
All 4 technicians that provided service were extremely helpful & courteous!

The staff was very friendly and professional from start to finish. Eric was extremely helpful and took the time to thoroughly explain what was in good condition and what needed to be replaced. He made sure I understood the reasons behind each recommendation and answered all of my questions patiently. Eric also provided pricing right away, which I really appreciated because it helped me make an informed decision without any pressure. Overall, the experience was smooth, honest, and reassuring. I would definitely recommend them.

Lynda was super helpful when scheduling my appointment and Eric was very quick, clean and professional at the appt itself. He was in and out quickly and quietly, he explained exactly what he did and what we may need to have done within the next few months. I’d definitely recommend!

The speed in answering my call was excellent and friendly, quite the opposite of the person who did the work. He was not at all professional or organized with his work tools; he had everything on top of my clothes washing machine .According to him, it wasn't necessary to replace the base of the furness , for him it looked perfect. (Photo attached) He said it was too much work and he didn't want to stay doing that until 8 pm. I felt the need to call his supervisor, who answered quickly and professionally immediately. As a customer, I feel like I shouldn't have had to go through that. I think he should learn to respect customers and pick up their trash since he used my laundry basket (Photo attached). I think it's an excellent company, but an employee like that damages its image. especially if someone has to come the next day to finish his work. Hugo is a respectful and efficient person. I'm glad he was the one who came back to make adjustments.

I’ve recently switched my HVAC maintenance company to Chris Heating & Cooling and so far have been very satisfied with their services. I had my furnace maintenance done a month ago and now a water heater maintenance flushing. The deal was too good to pass up and my service technician, Nick Katsigiannis arrived on time as informed to me and he was absolutely awesome, very professional and courteous. Explained what he will do and what was done. His customer service is exactly what excellent customer service should be. I will definitely stick with this company as they seem to be reputable and efficient. Thanks Chris Heating & Cooling!!!

Dylan came soon after we called for our heating issue not working on a Saturday morning. Very friendly, thorough, and made sure to inform us of every step. Found the issue right away that was not taken care of by our regular maintenance company. He fixed the clog in the inducer port and was able to get our heat back on by ensuring all parts are running a they should. We really appreciate how Dylan operates and how he took the time to explain everything. We will be using Chris Heating and Cooling going forward! Thank you!

Jason and the Blue Frost team did a great job replacing my AC and furnace in one day. It was clear they were committed to doing the job the right way and I am beyond satisfied with the results. Our technician, Harz absolutely crushed it too.

Smooth installation of my new Furnace and AC unit by Jason and his team today. They worked hard throughout the day. Everything is up and running.

We had a ductless multi-zone Mitsubishi mini-split system installed in our new detached garage. The installation team was fantastic! We had Blue Frost install our house's main furnace back in 2010 and have been using them to maintain it and our AC ever since. It made total sense to us to have them install the new system in our garage. Looking forward to having a climate controlled garage for storage purposes.

Very rarely do I post comments but I was very happy with the entire process of obtaining 2 new HVAC systems through Blue Frost. Our 17 year old Lennox Merit furnace went out just before Thanksgiving 2021. I invited installation companies from 4 different major HVAC brands for estimates.

Jake provided an excellent evaluation of our system including comments to improve our equipment selection for increased comfort. Jake was very knowledgeable, listened well to our needs, answered our many questions and work with us to hit a good price point. This was key as we replaced our dual furnace / Ac systems since both were 17 years old. So this was an expensive experience as anticipated, but ultimately we were happy with the technology and Blue Frost working with us on price.

I am happy to say that the installation crew led by Kevin was equally impressive and maintained our confidence in Blue Frost. The install was very efficient and well explained.

Each step of the way Blue Frost, including the back office planners, was impressive efficiency and professionally completed at each step. The installation was the last step and left me very happy and confident in our selection of both the Trane S9V2 and XR-16 (2-Units) equipment / technology, and Blue Frost for the sales and service!
