My split-level home had no high return ducts, so heat would get trapped in the hot summer months. This would cause the thermostat to never catch up, and the condenser to run continually. By adding two high returns, the heat can return into the system. End result looks great!

My air was not blowing cold air and the air flow was weak. David came, and was able to fix it fairly quick. He is honest & even followed up on me the next day. Referring him to all my friends now!

Our AC began having issues with no cold air late on a Friday afternoon. Called a few places nearby but only got 'full voice mailboxes' and could not get a hold of anyone. Saw the reviews for EcoComfort and decided to take a chance. David responded immediately and I quickly explained the issue and texted him my address. He arrived shortly after and quickly diagnosed the problem while explaining to me the issue. As another reviewer noted, his honesty and hard work at reasonable prices are hard to beat.

This guy!! All smiles at 8am! Eric did the service on my furnace. Polite, questions answered, great service!

Hugo was very helpful and willing to discuss our systems. He took the time to listen to my questions and provide helpful answers and took care of an extra few small items to make the system better. Professional and personable!

We were having our floors refinished and our air went out. The expert floor refinisher was afraid to put down the sealer, due to the heat. Our neighbors recommended Chris so we gave them a call. They sent a technician named Francisco out in less than 15 minutes! He was a super star and got us going in a flash. A would recommend Chris heating and cooling, they did GREAT!

Hugo from Chris Mechanical has been providing us with routine spring/fall maintenance on our home ac/furnace for a few years now. He is always professional and thoroughly explains any issues we need to be aware of to have our units maintain top efficiency. I highly recommend Chris mechanical as they have been working with us for 5 years, and with the previous owners of our home previous to that. Thank you Hugo!

Eric was super helpful and respectful. He didn’t enter my house until I specifically stated he could, even though I had left the front door unlocked for him.

The service was quick and efficient, and he even stayed afterwards to answer our questions. He was very patient and thorough.

Sometimes other handymen/tradesmen act like they’re in a rush to get to the next customer and just want you to sign their check so they can leave, but Eric wasn’t like that. He actually cared about making sure we understood the services we got and what they entailed.

We had Francisco come out for our HVAC service and he was awesome. Super knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us. Really patient and easy to talk to. We felt like we were in good hands the whole time. I'm looking forward to having him back for our next tuneup.

Eric C came to fix our furnace at 8am on a Saturday. He was friendly with our dogs who greeted him at the door and was just great throughout the service. Furnace fixed and we are happy with the service visit - thank you Eric!

Called Chris Heating and Cooling to see when they could come out to look at my furnace which wasn’t turning on. They had an opening that same day!!! I appreciated the confirmation text update on the visit logistics including the name and picture of the tech that was coming. Hugo was polite, knowledgeable, and did the repair quickly. Great experience overall. I’ll use Chris Heating and Cooling again in the future for sure!!!

I can’t begin to explain how much confidence and faith I have in Chris Heating and Cooling. They have helped me through some “ Cold” situations. From the Receptionist to the Technician to the Field Manager—they have all been very poliet, knowledgeable, and understanding.
I especially like the fact that Hugo, the Technician, has been to our house for several projects. I have confidence when he comes because I feel he knows what has been done, he’s done it, and he’s very knowledgeable. If I have a question about something that was done and I don’t understand how it works, he always takes the time to show me again. He never makes me feel like I’m imposing.
He is the best. He is a very valuable employee.

Javier from Chris Heating and Cooling provided outstanding service during my recent furnace tune-up. He also serviced my A/C last year, and both times demonstrated exceptional professionalism, technical expertise, and a consistently pleasant personality. His courteous demeanor and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. Highly recommended.

Updating to also thank Eric for coming out to our house last month to ensure our heat was ready to use. He took the time to test everything and also checked on our AC unit to make sure it was working. We finally turned on our heat this week and so far so good! And thank you again to Chris Heating and Cooling for remembering to schedule our heat check during the fall; after installing our new HVAC in the summer. Adding a photo of Eric as well.

Thank you to Sam, Bill, Luis and his team for helping us during a time where we did not expect to get any immediate help. Our AC broke during the heat advisory last month. And we were aware that if we replace our AC unit, we would also need to replace our whole HVAC as well. Being a 30 year old system, we knew what to expect. After calling our usual place and another company, we were fully prepared to live a month without AC. Both companies were booked out for weeks to a month. Somehow Chris Heating and Cooling showed up on my search. After reading the multiple reviews, I took a chance and gave them a call. Bill was out the same day, sat in our uncomfortable house for 3 hours, and helped us figure out what we needed. My husband and I ask a lot of questions. Bill sat through all of it. The next day Luis and his team were out here during the time they promised. They communicated with us. Worked all day, (even with the rain storm) and, again, answered our numerous questions. One month in with our new system, so far so good. The only thing that was unexpected for us was the popping / mini boom noise the AC unit makes when it turns on. We've never had a brand new system, so, we called back. Francisco was out to help us. He investigated and let us know the system is working fine. Francisco even offered solutions and add-ons to help fix the sound at no-charge. He also told us that he's heard similar feedback on the noise. So, there is awareness on the sound. As long as Chris Heating and Cooling knows about it and everything is working, we are fine with it.

At the time of installing our HVAC, they let us know they have to come back in the fall to test our heat, which we appreciated. Our house temperature was already 85 degrees at the time, and more heat would have not helped us. It is not lost on us that Chris Heating and Cooling made time for us when others were not able to, especially during a time of need. No blame on the others. Running this type of business in the dead of summer is challenging. But, we have to mention that this business came out the same day to offer us packages and fit us in the next day to replace our system, while also working with us on pricing. Something that was not expected. We appreciate you all giving us the time and taking care of us. And, thank you to Francisco for coming out twice to alleviate our concerns with the noise. We hope it will not be a problem down the road. And, hope we can continue doing with business with you.

Eric C and Javi were wonderful. They were very quick and attentive and did great work. 10/10 would hire again for sure. We’ve been working with them since we bought our home.

Chris Heating is a professional organization from our salesman Bill to the follow up phone calls from the office. But LUIS!!!! This guy is a ROCK STAR!!
We were promised that the installers have earned their stripes….but Luis managed, directed and installed the project flawlessly! Mat an Javier were obviously extremely qualified as well but Luis had them inspired to be EXEMPLARY!!! The project took much longer than I thought it might….but then I inspected the VOLUME of the work that had to be done - and the craftsmanship was FAR beyond my expectations!!! (And I set a pretty HIGH bar!!)
HVAC companies are EVERYWHERE but true PROFESSIONALS are a rare breed!! Curtis and Luis are TRULY INCREDIBLE!!
