We’ve used their service for HVAC maintenance over the years, and when it came time to replace our furnace and condenser, there was no question who we’d call. Not only was the work done quickly and professionally, but the price was more than fair—especially for the level of service we got.

Amazing service and our technicians were super courteous and cleaned up everything as they went. We received a thorough walk through and our system is amazing. Would recommend to anyone who is in need.

John was extremely competent, He not only showed up on time but he took time and thoughtfully analyzed our problems and suggested corrections. Went out of his way to get necessary replacement parts the same day and came back and finished the job.Very thrilled!!

I’am so impressed with a person that draws blood at Dr. Paden’s office. Her name is Melonie, she missed my good vein, without any pain.... an search for the vein she was looking for....yet again without any pain. Anybody that truly knows me know, I do not, let me repeat, I do not like any needles!!!!!! Then after all that I had to have another blood test done today!!! I searched for the name on her name-tag, and felt as though I was safe, because it was Melonie!!!! And again I had a wonderful experience. NO PAIN INVOLVED!!!!

Martin and his helper responded to our AC outage in a timely fashion. In the crunch of the heat wave, they were at our house within 24 hours. Learned many things that I hadn't been aware of along with explanations of why and how. They were on time, worked very well together and were eager to maximize my knowledge of how things worked. Thumbs up!

We noticed that though our fan was running, there wasn’t any warm air circulating through the house. It was 5:30pm, so we were sure we had a cold night ahead. They sent a tech out in a half hour. The tech found that the gas line to our pilot light was obstructed, so he cleared the obstruction and everything worked great.

Would highly recommend. We’ve use Clark Heating and AC Repair for years at our old house and have always had a quick response and great service. They’ve always fixed the problem and I never felt like they were trying to up sell stuff I didn’t need. I highly recommend them and getting a Service Contract with them!!

We have a very old oil furnace. Brian was able to get it up and running again with a few repairs. I believe he is the best in the business. I would always use them in the future.He was very helpful on the phone when I called. Good personal service that is missing in so many companies today! Thank you again for doing a great job.

Clark Heating and AC Repair was prompt in their arrival, educational in their explanation of the problem and fair and accurate in their estimates. They have great people to work with and I will not hesitate to hire them again.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. It should be enough for you that they are the ones giving themselves the 5 star reviews because no one else will!

They left us without AC overnight with 2 small children on one of the hottest days of the year after lying and telling us they were going to be there at 8am. When the technicians arrived (private contractors who weren't employed for the business), they said they hadn't even received a request for us until the evening of the day the promised to be there and were told the appointment was for the next morning - they blatantly lied to us about their availability.

When I asked for a refund, they kept giving me the runaround for over a month before I gave up. They did things like put me on hold for 20 minutes so I would hang up...act like they didn't know what I was talking about even though I'd called multiple times...telling me someone would call me back in a few hours and then they never did. The last person I spoke to literally PROMISED to call me back and of course, never did.

They are con artists who gaslight you - avoid!

I will say the technicians that arrived were great and helpful. I will be reaching out to them directly from now on.

The whole staff is fantastic. Only HVAC company we will use! They walk the talk. Made a deal for new efficiency furnace and AC on a Monday and it was installed on Tuesday. They replaced our system on a 95 degree day quickly and efficiently. At the end of the day you aren't simply a customer, you are friends. A pleasure doing business with them.
