Outstanding work by Nadav from SN Shine Chimney Services. Took great pride in his work and took the time to explain everything and what its purpose was in our gas fireplace. Did an amazing job and even had a great conversation afterwards. Nadav is very knowledgeable and does fantastic, clean work. Took his time cleaning out the dryer vent and did not cut any corners. Will definitely use him again for our Chimney cleaning and already referred him to neighbors. If you need anything Chimney or dryer vent related, he is your guy.

Nadav is absolutely amazing at what he does! We just purchased our home and this is the first time we have a fireplace. He was very professional, arrived on time, very clean with his work, explained the whole process, made sure we knew how to use it and gave us maintenance tips to ensure safe use. The whole process was very thorough and informative. Would definitely recommend him for all your fireplace and chimney needs.

We struggled to find a company to rebuild our chimney. So glad we paid a little more and chose this company. Amazing from start of the job to the finished new chimney. Every person was exceptional! Santa and our family are so happy we can enjoy our home again this holiday!

I had a very good experience with SN shine chimney. The serviceman was very professional, explained everything when I had questions, and was friendly.

He cleaned up everything I requested and he showed me some maintenance tips on how to keep up the fireplace cleaning.

He also didn’t upsell me on some accessories or anything that wasn’t necessary for my fireplace.

First off let me tell you this is one of best fireplace cleaning services I have used. We are absolutely happy that we found Nadav. He was professional, friendly, clean and curteous. If you need service, absolutely use SN shine. And if you need a second opinion, don't hesitate. Absolutely wonderful. He will be our go to if anything else happens.

Nadav was professional and efficient. We just moved into a new house and wanted to make sure the fireplace was safe for use, especially with our toddler. Nadav cleaned out the chimney and photographed and explained the issues with the rest of the system. He returned in a timely manner to install replacement parts that were needed. Because of his knowledge and due diligence, I have full confidence that our family will be safe in using the fireplace in our new home!

SN Chimney Services does excellent work. Responded to our call so promptly and kept us updated on when Nadav would arrive. Nadav was super thorough, professional and honest. He did not oversell anything. He explained everything and showed me what he was doing. He took his time and was very neat/clean/organized while doing a dirty job. He made our gas fireplace look like new and it had been 10 years since it was serviced! I will definitely call on him again and recommend this company highly!!

Bob with Airflow “serviced” about 20 of my offices in Chicago area. He never showed up when he said he was going to. When I have to send other companies due to lack of communication, they report that the units aren’t being serviced at all, but yet still being charged for service. Stay clear. Not professional, communicative or worth the money. After 5+ years of continuous support, you would have thought we’d get better service. Unfortunate. Stay away!

Bob at Airflow Systems has been our go-to HVAC expert for 2+ years. We bought an old house with 7 thermostats and Bob has helped us figure out and understand all the subtle nuances of each zone and either fixed/replaced a number of the existing parts inside of the various systems. He even came over on a holiday to troubleshoot the radiant heat for our basement guest-room in advance of my visiting mother-in-law. I'd recommend Bob any day of the week.
