Showed up in a very timely matter to assess heating malfunction on a Sunday. Very reasonable labor charges. Quickly obtained needed part and returned quickly to complete repair. I can tell the people in this company work together well. No nonsense customer service.

I hired this company to repair an ac unit that wasn't de-humidifying properly.
The technician showed up on time and was very polite. I told him the problem and he performed service. He inspected the furnace coils, added coolant to the compressor but couldn't say that what he did would correct the problem.
It didn't. I've been monitoring the humidity levels since he left and the lowest they've been is 58%. Still no condensation moisture going down the drain. I've spent over three hundred bucks for two pounds of coolant and an ac unit that still doesn't de-humidify.

Very thorough! He spent time on both inside and outside equipment even crawling into tight spot on a hot day. He informed me of how old the outside equipment was and considering age of it was working better than expected but to be ready for having to replace sometime in the future. Very knowledgeable!

Kevin was not only was on time, but he was early, which was great. He was extremely professional and checked my furnace in a timely manner. The entire experience was very pleasant and quick. I've been a customer for years and will continue to be.

Action technicians do a great job of diagnosing and resolving problems with my furnaces and boiler. They also do great annual maintenance to keep things running as they should, finding issues before they become a breakdown. That is very important, especially when winter weather comes early!

Well, they just gave us bad news: we need a new air-conditioner, although it is the original from 1985 and these folks have kept it going for years. They could have told us we needed to replace it years ago (like another company did) but, instead, told us that in spite of being old, it was running fine...until now. We like their service which is honest, punctual and fairly priced. If they are running late, we always receive a telephone call giving us a new ETA. We highly recommend this company.

Great service. I received an email prior to the scheduled appointment letting me know the tech was on his way . The tech arrived within a few minutes of the scheduled time. I didn't have to wait for them to show up. All my questions were answered in a very professional manner. The techs were courteous and took extra precautions to protect the floor where they were walking and working. Very impressive. Pricing was very reasonable.

I recently had repairs to my air conditioning system and Action Heating AC & Air Duct's tam came to my house to put in new coils and a valve. Action provided me with a new hot water heater the same day I called, in spite of the challenge of finding the right size to fit my space. The installers were friendly, courteous, and very clean. When they finished, you could not tell they had even been there. I am very happy with their service.

Action heating is great! They are honest and always prompt with their appointments. We had Alex today, and have had him before. It is great to see the same service people each year. We enroll in the service plan to save money.

We have used Action H&C for many years and have always been impressed with the quality of the work they have provided. Last year we replaced both AC units and furnaces. Kevin did our installation and his work was impeccable. I would highly recommend Kevin and Action H&C for yearly maintenance as well as those unfortunate system malfunctions.

I have always been moved by the professional, personable service of Action Heating and Air Conditioning. They take great care of my systems a d it is so great to talk with whoever answers the phone or comes to work on my place. Yesterday Kevin came as scheduled, installed a new pipe on my furnace. I asked if he could possibly clean out my drier vent in addition. He not only enthusiastically said yes; he did a fabulous job both inside and out. I will not hire anyone but Action as long as i own a place!

Mark, Scott and Alex were amazing, patient and explained everything so thoroughly. Very responsive and great professionals. We had to call at 4:30 a.m. on a Saturday morning because our furnace died and they were able to install a new one same day. They truly saved the day as the temps were sub zero (as a high). We won’t be calling any other company going forward!

Great, fast, reliable service. We had a hot water heater installed and Action Heating & Cooling provided the best price and did a wonderful job. Installers were very respectful of the house/floors. Talking to Mark on the phone was very pleasing because he was always helpful and scheduled the service within a week. Will definitely be calling them again!

Extremely unprofessional driving, maybe the truck’s turn signals were out because the driver seemed to be not using them at all when making quick and dangerous lane changes.

Dave took my call first thing in the morning and sent out two guys in the afternoon (the same day). They were polite, courteous, very professional, and honest. They were informative, helpful, and incredibly decent people. They did great work and fixed my problem with such efficiency. We look forward to utilizing their services in the future! So grateful our neighbor had provided the recommendation.

Mike from West Chicago Heating and Cooling was my technician and he was very professional and fixed my air conditioner with 30 minutes. Can't beat that! I will definitely refer him and request him in the near future! Thank you Mike for getting my air conditioning up and running!
