PS they send a text when they are on their way. Arrived in the window of time that we agreed upon.

Scheduled appointment, they texted on way 1.5 hours late and then showed up rang door bell but immediately left. We took day off to be home to meet them and were home but he did not wait for anyone to answer door. When we called cell phone for repair man the cell phone was not working for them. If you want to take a day off and spent time waiting this is the repair service for you, if not I suggest going somewhere else

The replacement furnace installation included sheet-metal duct work that was a work of art in matching up to the pre-existing material. Professionalism, great skill, and terrific personalities where such a relief when the old furnace broke down with company in the house. Mark and his team have performed multiple repair and maintenance tasks at the four sites I manage. They are responsive to my needs for both emergency and preventative maintenance tasks. I highly recommend Action HVAC.

Action's technician arrived within the estimated time. He checked over the home's boiler, cleaned the burners and afterwards with the burners on, he checked the pressures and the heat rise. Also took a photo of the heat cast iron exchanger to be sure they were rust free. Then he checked over the forced air furnace in the garage and replaced the filter. Both units running fine but I will have them come back to replace the boiler's pressure/temp relief valve that sometimes leaks.
