Reviews of local pros in West Dundee, Illinois

Ivan was on time professional and honest. He took his time to walk us through the process and installation. The service was so good I recommended him to some of my employees who also used his service. I will use Ivan Havc in for all my future services.

Ivan responded immediately to the emergency I had. He was honest in giving me the details of everything the furnace needed to make it work properly. He had work already scheduled and yet he dedicated the time to repair everything necessary in the time he indicated. What caught my attention was his honesty and integrity in doing the job. I definitely recommend ivan in 100% , thanks for your work, your honesty and integrity.

Highly highly recommend Ivans heating and cooling, needed a bunch of emergency work done that other heating and cooling guys could not figure out and Ivan and his team figured the solution out within mintues, took care of everything that needed to be taken care of right then and there.... their price is right. Great customer service skills with him and his team, as long as im alive and needing heating and cooling done this guy is for a lifetime!
Thank you Ivan and his team keep up the great work!!

Ivan is a great person/company to work with. He was very punctual and polite. He took the time to explain and answer any questions that I had and even took to demostrate anything i did not understand. Would definitely recommend and will continue to work with his in the future.

I hired Ivan and team to install a humidifier on our heating unit. He came out for a consultation and was honest about options and what was necessary for our home. The installation was pretty quick, and they got a new thermostat rigged up as a part of the package. Humidity is up to normal levels after a couple days!

Overall I would be happy to recommend Ivan!

This is my first time using Ivan's HVAC Inc and will continue to use them in the future. Ivan was very friendly, professional, punctual and provided details as to the work being done and at very reasonable prices. I'm a very happy customer and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Ivan!

Ivan, HVAC Inc absolutely did al fantastic job at my home. This was a big job. Very neat, respectful of your property and home. Abel knows what he’s doing. I recommend this company for your air-conditioning and heating services. This company is definitely a five star company

Abel was early and did the repairs quickly. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and communicated well throughout the visit. Ivan's was friendly, informative, professional and responsive on short notice when our AC quit.

Ivan responded very quickly to a leak emergency. He handled it professionally and , importantly, brought some possible future issues to my attention alerting me to issues that I should address in order to preserve my warranty. I was very appreciative of this as it potentially saved me unnecessary expense in the future and was totally outside of what I had asked him to do. I recommend him highly. He is absolutely first rate.

Ivan was outstanding, professional, timely, thorough, personable and honest. I would highly recommend him for any HVAC needs. I was very happy with the great work he provided at a very reasonable price. I will continue using his services moving forward!

I called Ivan's HVAC when my AC wouldn't turn on. Abel came out very quickly and stayed late to finish the job. He was so thorough and explained everything clearly. I was afraid we needed a new AC but Abel got ours up and running beautifully. He cleaned everything up so that it's in top form. He also gave me some tips on how to use our system and keep it in good shape. I will absolutely be calling them the next time I need any HVAC service.

Whenever we have needed help with our aging AC unit Ivans was just a quick phone call away. Eventually we decided it was time to replace the aging HVAC system and Ivan was the correct choice. They were timely and professional in every way.

Ivan is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is very friendly and personable. Polite and professional. He explains in detail what he's doing and what's needed. He doesn't feed you a line of bull. Very straight forward. Great quality at a reasonable cost. He showed up exactly on time and he and his crew did an excellent job installing and re-routing some ductwork to better the flow for my kitchen remodel. They cleaned up after each day. Would highly recommend Ivan's HVAC!

Replacing furnace & A/C, Ivan’s HVAC did outstanding job from beginning to end. They took time to spec the work up front, measuring and explaining when choices were to be made. We ran into a wrinkle with the humidifier but worked it out. Abel and Santiago were true craftsmen - solid work and all the details done very well. Hard-working guys and they showed their expertise. I appreciated their attention to keeping things clean, too.

Ivan HVAC heating and cooling installed a new furnace and water heater. Ivan HVAC came highly recommended and I am extremely pleased with the job. They diligently tried to fix my very old furnace. When they couldn't fix it they showed me why it wouldn't work and why it I needed a new furnace. Very nice people and a very good price!!! Ivan Heating Rocks!

Ivan came highly recommended from our retired HVAC handyman Rick Broders. Ivan and I discussed furnace replacement options on a very cold December week. After deciding on a Rheem 70K BTU 2-stage furnace, Abel came out to measure...Arrived on-time and took measurements for the install. About 50 minutes to do so.
One week later, Ivan and Abel arrived on-time @ 830am. Ivan explained that it would take 10-12 hours to complete installation. They removed old furnace and installed the Rheem. During the process both were very open about answering any questions I had. They completed the install shortly after 10 hours. Ivan also setup appt for local village inspector. Inspection passed no problem. I am very happy with the new furnace. Both guys cleaned up after the job leaving no mess behind. I will count on Ivan's HVAC for future jobs and give him a thumbs up.

Called yesterday and service technician arrived today. Our issue was quickly identified and fixed. They actually had the part on hand. He even glued some loose insulation to our panel as a value added courtesy. Very professional, polite and reasonably priced. We will definitely use again!
