Brian at One Call Heating was here today to clean and check my furnace. He also made an adjustment to the speed setting of the blower motor which apparently was set too high by the original installer. We plan to evaluate the a/c comfort level with this setting in the spring and adjust as needed. Brian was a pleasure to work with and I feel comfortable trusting him to make sure things are done right.

During an annual cleaning I was told I needed $3000 worth of parts and service on my furnace by a well advertised company, who had cleaned it the year before and said there were no problems. They also had me scheduled to have a new furnace quoted 3 days later. I decided to get a second opinion.
I contacted One Call who had many good reviews on a neighborhood site. Brian came out and gave the furnace a thorough inspection. Even though the furnace is 20 years old, he said it was in good condition, and recommended replacing the ignitor (less than $200). Will definitely be using One Call from now on and recommending them to friends and family.

This is the best Heating & Cooling Company ever. I've used plenty over my 55 years as a homeowner, but none have been as personable, informative (in a manner a lay person could understand), down to earth and highly skilled. Not only was Brian concerned about how my system was working, but how he felt things would go over the next winter. I will stay with him for as long as he stays in business.... Woke up on a cold January morning with no heat... One Call diagnosed and fixed the problem within 2 hours! Top of the line service, no upselling.. overall great experience, we just found our new residential HVAC guy!

My dryer vent is set up so it goes up to the roof (why? I don't know) but I had posted inquiring about businesses in the area that could help and Brian contacted me. I scheduled an appointment and Brian came out to the house, did a consultation and told me exactly what was wrong. I approved for him to service/clean my dyer vent. Brian was extremely quick to respond and come over to help us out of a no-heat situation. We have young kids, so that is really important. He was polite, on time, and diagnosed the problem with the furnace. He explained it well to me and gave me the options with the pros and cons for all. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

I called one call heating and cooling on Saturday morning to schedule an ac cleaning. Brian called me back later that morning and told me that he would fit me into his schedule on Monday. Even on short notice he accommodated my schedule. When he arrived on monday, I turned on my ac unit for the first time and the unit kept shutting off. Brian quickly diagnosed the issue and advised that it only needed freon. He explained that he diagnosis problems from the most cost effective options first. Very honest and knowledgeable owner. Has great customer skills and performs work quickly and throughly. My ac was fixed and cleaned and working great now. Thanks again Brian. And see you this next season..

I highly recommend One Call Heating and Cooling. Brian has been taking care of my HVAC systems for the past few years. He is honest, reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He doesn't try to sell you on services or equipment you don't need. He just shares as much information as he can to help the customer make an informed decision.

Unfortunately, my very old furnace stopped working overnight during a recent extreme cold snap. Brian went out of his way to purchase, pick up and install a new furnace the same day, even calling on another HVAC tech in his network. He did everything he could to ensure the amount of time I was without heat was as limited as possible. Way above and beyond expectations but typical of the kind of personalized service I've become accustomed to in my time working with him.

Brian is a very honest professional who knows his business. He installed our furnace and air conditioner 2 years ago and did a great job then. One Call saved the day! During a heatwave we went from first call to fixed in a hour! AMAZING! We were already mentally prepared to replace our whole unit and he didn’t take advantage of that. We've been using Brian for a few years now and he's extremely professional! He is also very responsive. Our air conditioner stopped blowing air 2 summers ago during a heat spell. The house was getting warmer and warmer and we were concerned about the animals. We texted him around 7:30am and he re-arranged his schedule to come out later that morning! Other companies would have charged a huge amount to squeeze us in, however Brian's prices are very reasonable! He also does our annual furnace and air conditioner tune-ups for less than others in the area. You'll be happy if you use One Call Heating & Cooling!

Brian is one of those straight shooters, calls it like it is. Very fair and a great guy. He has taken care of my system a few times and taught me how to maintain my flame sensor by myself.

Called Brian, was out same day. Had a furnace that wasn't working, he troubleshooted and couldn't seem to find answer. He was 2nd contractor called in a week (they couldn't fix either). After spending more time on it, he found the issue and it ended up being an easy fix! His fee was very reasonable and a great guy to deal with! Would call him again and for sure highly recommend.
