Have been using them for 1+ years now. Always quick but quality service, willing to be flexible which schedule changes, and communicates well when changes are needed. Reasonable pricing and easy payment. We live near a quary and the dust is insane! Bi-weekly service has saved me time and sanity. All staff and teams have been incredibly friendly, not a single issue or complaint. All plans to continue with service for the foreseeable future. Highly recommend for occasional cleanings as well!

From the initial consultation to the actual service day the process was perfect.
The cleaning was thorough, which for us was sorely needed. Our winters must include a couple dogs and of course they make the house dirty.

Now that the dogs can be outside more I will be able to keep up and have signed on for regular service.

Maribel does a great job, and always checks in to make sure that we are happy and satisfied with the cleaning that her team does. She is kind and thorough always making sure that if something is missed or incomplete that they do not miss it again. We had different teams from Molly Maid come to clean and they always did a bad and incomplete job. We almost canceled and only stayed because of the quality of the work that Maribel does. Maribel and Rafa (team 7) are a delight when they come to clean my house. They are always friendly and ask about my family and my daughter. My daughter likes to make pictures and share stickers with them.

They are incredibly thorough, paying attention to every detail They used high-quality, eco-friendly products, leaving my home not only sparkling clean but also smelling fresh without any harsh chemical odors.

One thing I really appreciate is that they always ask me to check my bathrooms each time they are here, ensuring everything meets my standards before they finish. Plus, Maribel goes above and beyond by offering helpful tips on how to maintain certain areas of my home that are difficult to keep bright and white. Her advice is extremely helpful!

They came team five did an excellent job in 4 hours my place has been cleaner than it's been in 12 years fantastic job very careful attentive to detail and smart. In fact they even got the grates on my stove clean very cool.

We have Molly Maids clean our house every other week, Team 7, Maribel and Rafa. They are the absolute best! A couple times I have had different teams and they do not clean as well. My husband's shower was a nightmare to clean but every time they scrub and have it so clean it sparkles. They are always on time and very careful with our belongings. They pet our dog who loves the attention and Maribel always asks how I'm doing and asks about our son if he is in school and when he's home he loves to talk to Maribel. He'll follow her around and tell her things. When they leave my house is so clean and my wood floor shines like it's new! They do a fantastic job!

Molly Maid has been so good to us. They have excellent communication and have worked with us with last-minute changes in our schedule. They are always positive when we call them for any reason. Our cleaning team, Maribel and Rafaela, are awesome! We request them as our team, because we have always appreciated their cleaning trustworthy professionalism and thorough work. They take special measures to focus on area that we need cleaned. When they are done cleaning, I feel like my home is more organized and has a feeling of being new again. They are also kind. I would highly recommend Molly Maid to anyone considering having their home cleaned.

I am pleased with the basic job they do, especially how well they do the kitchen and appreciate them making my king size bed.

Was charged over $500 for a one time cleaning which I would be OK with if the following didn’t happen. Cleaned with dirty rags and left a film on glass, said they cleaned ceiling fans but didn’t, didn’t wipe wall switches and lastly they over flowed my shower causing water to leak down to my lower level. I had to call the company so they can go back and clean these items over and when I told them about it over flowing the shower her comment was not sure about that !!

What I need and expect! Maids got right to work and worked diligently together. I could see they had experience and teamwork. My house smelled fabulous and had that just cleaned shine. It was a positive first clean experience. Very pleased. And important to me if I should need to direct their attention to something they respond and take care of it. Will certainly use them again!

We had a very disappointing experience with the Molly Maid “deep clean” before moving into our new home. They purposefully obfuscate the services they offer so you are confused as to what they will actually do. We paid $455 for a 3 hour clean. When I called, they claimed that they had actually been there for 3.5 hours which is why the charge was higher than what they quoted us.

Most importantly, the quality of the clean was terrible. We were mostly concerned with the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, which had grease and gunk buildup from the previous homeowner. It seemed like all they did was wipe things down once with water. There was nothing particularly “deep” about their clean, and nothing I couldn’t have similarly done with my wife given the same amount of time. Unbelievably, they left the gunk on the fridge door handle, pictured here. How is that missed?!

When my wife walked through with the cleaners after, they were extremely difficult for her to communicate with as they did not speak English. She raised some concerns about their worked which was pushed back on, or explained away. She was toting her 9 month old daughter around and didn’t have the capacity to argue with them and signed the papers.

When calling customer service, I believe they may be lying about the timestamps on the clean. She said she would ask her manager about a 10% rebate but that is yet to be seen.

From now on, I’m just going to do it myself or use a smaller cleaning company that actually has standards. I don’t care about the price tag, I care about communicativeness and quality.

Do not hire! I cannot believe the lack of work done. Two arrived and my husband asked them to start in the basement. Ten minutes later they are upstairs in the bedroom. We instructed them again to start in basement. An hour later I went down there and NOTHING has been done. One girl vacuumed the rugs without sweeping. They look a wash cloth ( dry) and moved it around the surfaces. After I stood over them for an hour directing them to clean, they did so. They knew how to clean, they just didn't want to. Instead they were talking with each other non stop and on their cell phones. Then, they fled the scene, leaving behind cleaning supplies without finishing the other two levels. I do not speak Spanish, but understand it. They were complaining to each other that it was too much work. So sad and ridiculous.

We were very happy with the cleaning service at our new home. The team-7 (Maribel&Rafa) was friendly, thorough, and professional. They paid attention to details and left everything spotless, which made moving in so much easier and more pleasant. We truly appreciate their hard work and would be happy to use their service again. Highly recommended!

I had my initial cleaning with Molly Maid, and the cleaning was exceptional. I had the pleasure of having Maribel, along with 2 others while in training, did a spectacular job. I needed help cleaning the house before Christmas guests arrive. Two very friendly, very hard working ladies cleaned my entire house, top to bottom, in less than 3 hours and did an amazing job! If I could rate this 0 stars I would, and I never ever leave negative reviews. First of all, beware you can successfully book over the weekend with the AI bot/agent… get a confirmation about it with an arrival window and when no one shows up, zero empathy. We had grace, bots are unreliable it’s okay, we finally got in touch with someone over the phone and after multiple promises for calls backs (never returned) got something scheduled for the next week. Just received a call this morning that my booked appointment was ONCE AGAIN CANCELED. The cleaning services are probably fine but the coordination is absolutely horrendous, and the pricing is steep as well. When asked if I’d like to rebook for NEXT WEEK I had to let them know absolutely not. Save your money, find a small business, support them instead.
