West Dundee home owner here, every time I call, they answer the phone, fast scheduling, show up on time, have decades of experience in their field to handle whatever my issues are.

One Call is my go too Heating and cooling company. Called them when furance was acting up. Brian made servicecall and diagnosed issue. Age and cost of replacement part lead me down the path of replacement. Brian quoted a fair price of replacement explaining different models and differences before deciding on 97% efficency Ducane furance. It is an upgrade from 90% i had that lasted 22 years. Brian was also able to tell me Nicor has a rebate for new furance as well as Federal Tax credit to help with cost of replacement. On install day Matt and Brian came and did an over the moon install. So profesional and detailed orientated. They do it how they would for there own home and family. No cutting corners and cheaping out. So glad they are local, family owned small business of the Dundee Community. Thank you One Call Team!

Brian and his team are incredible. They are by far the most honest and fair professionals I’ve worked with. When my furnace stopped working (of course on a Sunday) I called Brian at On Call. He promptly responded to my call & rearranged his schedule so that he could be at my home in less than an hour. Upon examination of my system, he quickly diagnosed the problem. He was professional, friendly, and articulate in explaining what was wrong & my options for repair. It was a Sunday & the parts stores weren’t open, so he called early Monday morning & my furnace was up & running a few hours later! I highly recommend this company based on my experience with Brian!

Brian did a fantastic job with servicing our furnace. He answered all the questions I had and was very patient. He also gave recommendations on a few other things we had questions on, including the AC and humidifier in our home.
