We had some storm damage to our roof so I called Boxer to help me get the claim process started with insurance. We ended up arguing back-and-forth with insurance about their coverage so it took us such a long time to move forward. By the time we pulled the trigger on re-roofing, it was the very end of the season and snow was coming. Boxer made it happen right before cold and snow set in, working in the dusk of Chicago’s short November daylight to get the job done. Despite working in limited daylight, not a nail was left on our property! So impressed! Thank you Tony and Dawn!

So grateful to the Boxer Exteriors team for their help with my roof and siding this summer. Peyton delivered consistent best-in-class customer service throughout the experience, working closely with my insurance. Kept me well informed throughout the process, but never let it feel overwhelming. Was a nice plus that our dogs got along so well and would play while we talked shop.

The work to the house was handled over two days, one for the roof and another for the siding. No incidents and the end result was seamless. Really came together in the end and have gotten regular compliments on the final outcome.

Boxer exteriors did an amazing job! I own multiple commercial properties and because of them I was able to actually step back and take a vacation with my family. They handled the entire process from start to finish with the utmost service. Allowing me peace of mind while I was away enjoying life!!

Company caused damage to my home, did a bait and switch type pricing, quoted price, we signed contracts and mutually agreed. No changes were made to style or design, yet two weeks after job was left they increased price substantially, making false claims of change orders. They use sub contractors for any and all work on my home, I'm told, they physically hand out their company t-shirts to make it seem these workers work for them. Their subcontractors vandalized my home, each time Tony explicitly said no way, never, until each incident I had to provide Ring Camera footage, multiple baseless apologies, promises to take care of me in the back end. He promises the world and seems like a stand up guy, until you sign and give a down payment....then nothing agreed to is followed up as promised. Preston was awesome to deal with, he really tried, the only bright spot in my experience.

I now have leaks all over my home, possible damages to AC units, deck, landscape and lights, they did not protect my home as promised. After damage was done, documented to them, they pulled out clauses. stating it's all the homeowners responsibility. They denied everything, if you still choose to use these people. Please take pictures, document everything. I depended on these google reviews, unfortunately it was not the same experience for me...please be careful and protect yourself, ask for pricing final confirmation from start to finish. I trusted blindly and im now dealing with the fall out. Sadly this was my personal experience. We have had numerous businesses, contractors and vendors service our home and perform work....never had a issue. Just really really unfortunate, we planned for years to upgrade our roof....never imagined it turned out as it did.

Boxer Exteriors went above and beyond for us. I worked directly with the owner Tony and his son Preston, and they were outstanding from start to finish. They accommodated us at the last minute during a tight timeline as we prepared to list our home with a relocation company, and they made everything happen seamlessly. Their professionalism, communication, and quality of work were excellent. It’s no surprise they have a five star rating on Google. Highly recommend.

We recently used Boxer Exteriors for our roof, siding and gutters - they basically did a full exterior makeover on our home. The project took just about a week, and it’s seriously hard to believe it’s even the same 1960’s house. As first time homeowners, we didn’t really know what to expect - but we certainly didn’t expect it to be as easy and transformative as it was. Tony spent quality time with us upfront, ensuring we had the right samples / color options, and even went out of his way to research and acquire a product he didn’t previously have since he thought it would match our ideas best. That was really cool and unexpected. It was obvious that they take a lot of pride in their projects. During the installation the team was SO respectful - I assumed our landscaping would be destroyed and the noise would be impossible to work through - but it was honestly fine. The team cleaned up every day, protected our landscaping and furniture, and were so kind and considerate. Preston and Tony were both on hand to address any questions (& my crazy last minute changes - like wait can you go back and do a custom door frame?!?). The craftsmanship and quality exceeded our expectations in every way - and as a family with two dogs, I love that they give back to local dog groups!! We initially found this business because the company name was on a few sponsor lists for events at our local middle and high schools. I really loved the idea of supporting a local business, especially one who is so actively engaged with, and contributing to, our local community. The roof is perfection, the siding is beyond beautiful, and overall I cannot recommend this company enough. Also good to mention they were priced very competitively to other companies - and the quality of the product was chefs kiss.

Daniel and his crew were flexible and thorough. Also extremely polite and professional. I found their pricing to be absolutely fair. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend without reservation.

I can't say enough about this company!!! Love them! They showed up so fast. We had a burst pipe in the laundry room and it leaked all the way to the basement, the water filled up the crawl space. Thanks to ProDry they were able to identify the leak and stop it from further damage. Thanks Mike for saving our home. I will defiantly recommend you to family and friends.

Mike, Galina and his team were extremely helpful with a big last minute project that had a very fast completion date so I could move into my home. They were great with communication and kept me informed every step of the way. They worked quickly and thoroughly, did a great job overall! I would definitely call them for future project needs.

Solid service and fair prices... A hard combo to find in a restoration company sometimes! I have really enjoyed working ProDry Restoration to take care of some issues in a timely fashion but most of all appreciate the fair pricing. I have done enough of this kind of work and dealt with some shady people over the years, this office handles the work and doesn’t charge an arm and a leg! Highly recommended to all my friends and family...

ProDry was very responsive and easy to work with. We used them for basement flooding remediation after a series of unusually heavy storms. They worked with us through the insurance claim process and were patient as we waited for payment to arrive from our insurance company.

We are so happy that we called ProDry to help us with a Level 3 clean up of a plumbing problem. We had another name from our insurance agent, but they were not able to come until the next day. Mike from Prodry came with his team at 6:00 at night and stayed until 11:00 PM cleaning up the laundry room and bathroom until all was emptied and sanitized in that area. They came back at 10:00 the next morning and continued to work on the garage and basement which were also affected. They came back the next day as well, making sure all was drying suffiently and helping arrange for the follow up team to come in to help with repairs. They were wonderful!

ProDry came after we flooded a few weeks ago and helped us demo our basement. They took it to the studs! It was amazing! We are in the process of renovating so it needed to be cleared out before we started anyway. They were timely, quick, and cleaned up very well after themselves. They hauled a few extras away for us too. So pleased with their work, highly recommend, and would use them again!

We came home to find a broken pipe leaking through our ceiling. Pro Dry came out right away to help us find the leak and verified no additional water damage or mold. They were very quick and professional. Would highly recommend them.

Long story short , made a dumb mistake by leaving laundry faucet on and the drain plugged and went outside to chat with neighbor who came by to say hi with his cute baby and when I went back inside I couldn’t believe what I saw, my laundry room and the kitchen floors were flooded so in my panic I called ProDry Restoration. To my surprise they showed up within half an hour and started the restoration process and days later everything was dry and restored to it’s original state. I expected that the floors be buckled given the fact how many gallons of water were spilled all over the first floor but thanks to the team who were able to save my floors and by the way forgot to mention it was on a Saturday. Thank you and highly recommend.
