Dan came same day that I called to check out situation, quote me ballpark price, and said they'd be back in the morning to do the job. They were here first thing and done by 10am. The team of 2 did a great job! They were efficient and thorough. I am 100% pleased with the service, and the price, that I received! Thank you!!

I had a pipe burst in my kitchen and water was everywhere. I immediately called ProDry Restoration and within hours they had a team at my house. They were able to quickly assess the situation and got to work immediately. They had the entire area dried out in no time and even sanitized the area. I was truly impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. They were a lifesaver and I couldn't be happier with my decision to call them.

Prodry (Daniel and Mike especially) have been amazing to work with and saved my home twice now with mitigation following water damage. The first was a burst pipe in one bathroom, and the second was a tile failure leak in my other shower. Very professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic about the situation. Came home from trip on a Sunday and found myself in two inches of water because my water heater had busted. While I hope this never happens to you, I can recommend ProDry Restoration if you do. They were here within a hour of my call. Avery, Mike and his entire team have been knowledgeable, professional and kind through my entire situation- going above and beyond to explain the issues and working with insurance procedures. We used Pro-dry when we had a water seepage issue in our bathroom. Dan and Galina were amazing throughout the entire process! Dan spent his time explaining the process during the quote when they came to remove our bathroom their entire team was methodical and super clean! They were so respectful of the house and all of our mold was eliminated properly.. The best part was that Dan and Galina worked with us and the insurance company to maximize our coverage. I spent a lot of time researching different companies and am so happy that we went with ProDry. Truly good people that are beyond helpful.

ProDry really came to our rescue. We had a burst pipe in the basement. We called ProDry and they came out immediately. They moved all the furniture including a very heavy treadmill then pulled up the saturated carpet and padding and disposed of it carrying it upstairs over our hard wood floors which they had carefully covered to protect them. Then they sucked up the water, sanitized the floors and brought in equipment to dehumidify the basement. Next came the wall and ceiling coverings which had to come down and be disposed of. Dan and his team were on site and walked us through the process. He was also invaluable when it came to helping us understand and deal with our insurance claim. I strongly recommend ProDry. They were thorough, efficient, responsive and professional. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Absolutely well deserved 5 star rating. This company made our insurance claim stressless after our water heater failed. They extracted water and was able to save our new carpet that was installed 4 months ago. Met our insurance adjuster and repairs were done shortly after. They also had assisted us with a a plumber who had replaced the water heater and we had hot water after few hours. Thank you ProDry and Daniel for great service

We are so unlucky living in Chicago area with such an unpredictable weather; However, we are so lucky having ProDry and their team leaders Mike and Dan by our side! We had 3-4 water damage issues over the years, and I have hired different companies before. My experience with other companies is like one disaster after another. ProDry took out all the water damage in my basement. They came out fast and were so nice. They gave the fastest and most honest quote I received. Got us on the books fast and did a great job! Even when they found more damage than we thought they charged a tad more but totally and honest amount. The other company’s I called wanted thousands more and I felt they were trying to take advantage of the fact I needed this taken care of asap do to mold. Prodry came fast. The crew was great! Everyone I had contact with are so nice! They were so clean! Draped off and contained the area and had filtration running they whole time. Great job ProDry!

My wife and I highly recommend the staff and the Company ProDry. We had an emergency situation that required immediate attention. We called pro dry restoration and they were able to send out people the same day and clean up the horrific mess we had in our basement.

We had a worse case scenario. Bathroom pipe burst due to cold temps. It flooded almost my entire house. We lost our kitchen, main living area and 2 bathrooms. To make it worse, we just finished renovating those areas a few years ago. The ProDry team was amazing! They came to help right away. Very attentive to our needs. Kind and understanding to our pets. They were able to save some big items. We are very grateful for their service.

I had a great experience working with ProDry on a recent emergency we had in our home. They came out to us shortly after we called and they quickly assessed the situation. They went right to work to get the water out of my home, but they respected our property and took great care to ensure they didn't damage anything. Daniel and his team were amazing to work with. Burst pipes are the worst. Thankfully these guys were able to come out. Dan was able to come out and do a free inspection same day that we called. We called a few places around but after looking them up on the Facebook local Wheaton moms group we realized prodry was the people to go with.

These guys were awesome. First of all, the guy who came out at first did a free inspection. He walked my wife and I through everything from A to Z and we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I know they are locally owned and I appreciated that because Dan the project manager was always on site and very reachable. He made a group text message thread between my wife and I and we were always updated. No more burst pipes for us!

We had a burst pipe from frozen pipe hose bib that went outside to hose. When I called, the lady at their office mentioned that the technician would do a free inspection. When Daniel came out to inspect water damage, he walked us through everything patiently and with detail. From start to finish we were kept up to date. ProDry was recommended to me by my plumber after there was a water pipe that was found to be leaking upstairs. I contacted my insurance who told me about another water mitigation company. That company came out first to assess the damage after which ProDry came. It was clear after meeting Inessa from ProDry that I would go with them. Inessa was extremely helpful guiding me through the whole process. I would've been completely lost without her advice and expertise. They did a great job clearing and drying all of the water damaged areas. Whenever I had questions, I was able to contact Inessa directly. I'd highly recommend ProDry. Thank you!

We had Pro Dry assist with a faulty shower install. They did a great job removing mold, insulation, flooring and drywall. Their team checked on our home daily until they were confident it was completed properly. I hope we never need their services again, however we would call on them again.

We hired Ahiska Dryer Vent & Chimney Cleaning Serv. for chimney repairs after water leaks. They cleaned the system, inspected thoroughly, and removed mold completely. Reliable technicians who truly know their trade.
