These guys have genuinely been awesome to work with! We've used them multiple times over the past six years, starting with a front walkway project. Since then, they've come back each year to help us with something new. Realistically, no job ever goes perfectly—it's the nature of home projects—and we've had our share of minor issues pop up. What's stood out most is their response whenever something unexpected happens. Whether it was normal wear and tear or an installation issue that took a while to surface, their team always showed up quickly, assessed the situation, and took care of the fix without any hassle or additional charges. They've even tackled repairs that weren't strictly their responsibility, putting our satisfaction first every time. Honestly, that's exactly why they're the only company I recommend to friends. They even helped me fix my yard after I killed most of it by over fertilizing it myself. Something I will not be doing again See before and after photo. =)

Appreciate the work Ware did on my yard. I had issues with standing water that created dirt run-off, dead grass and mosquitos. They were able to put in a 100-foot french drain with tons of catch basins. It was deep as my yard's slope is not favorable to get to the front of the house. I was amazed that they were able to do this in one day. Since then, it has been a relief to not worry about heavy rain.

I recently worked with Lisa Pollman on a landscaping project and she was very easy to work with and very helpful in advising us on various landscaping and tree options for the yard. This was our third or fourth time working with Bruss adn it has always been very good.

Bruss Landscaping built a new large hardscape patio in our backyard in Fall 2021, and we're extremely pleased with the result. Zach their landscape designer was great to work with from beginning to end - We love his design, and during the project he was proactively confirming our satisfaction as each component was built. Eve the project foreman led the work crew that did a high-quality job and communicated often with us. - We even received compliments from our neighbors about the professionalism of the crew. Although the patio was a significant investment, we love the result and it's an amazing addition to our home - We'll enjoy this outdoor space for years to come.

Lindsay and Kyle (and crew) did an extraordinary job in our courtyard design and install. BRUSS has exceeded our expectation in terms of professionalism, attention to detail, communication and site management. Additionally, throughout the bid process there was trust and transparency related to all things related to budget and final numbers were exactly what we were quoted for. The crew was diligent in their efforts to keep the site clean while substantial work was happening and was attentive in handling all new plant material. Kyle and/or Lindsey were on site daily to check status and were proactive in handling this project from start to finish; no shortcuts were taken and they honored their word/bid (which is hard to find these days).

We hired Bruss Landscaping this summer to remove our concrete patio and put in a new paver patio, back stoop, gas fire pit, lighting, and landscaping. We are extremely happy with the work that was done, and we love spending time on our patio and entertaining. Zach Lukes was great to work with. He was extremely professional and did everything he could to make sure we were happy with the work. We look forward to continuing to work with Bruss on additional projects in the future.

We used Bruss Landscaping to design and plant a few garden beds, remove some old brick and replace it with sod, and bury a couple of downspouts. Brian C. was fantastic to work with, the crew was in and out after a day and a half of hard work, and we love our final product!

The first time meeting Mike and Micki, I just knew we'd choose them of the 2 others I'd already spoken to. Micki's first question was "what's your style?"; no one else had even bothered to ask.

Mike is quick to respond to emails and all my questions. The team he had on site were incredible! They were friendly and respectful of the property; fully cleaned up every night before leaving.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! We used Apple Landscaping Design to replace a plain concrete stoop and walkway. From the start to finish of this project, Luis has been extremely responsive with onging excellent communication! We received an appointment and detailed estimate quickly. Although we had somewhat of an idea for a design, the many colors/styles of the pavers were overwhelming. Luis was extremely knowledgeable and patient in helping us design our new front entrance/walkway and listened to what we wanted. Both exceeded our expections and turned out so beautifully. We couldn't be more pleased. Luis and his crew were some of the most hardworking, efficient people we have ever met as well and were such a pleasure to work with on our project. I highly recommend Apple Landscaping Design without hesitation and will certainly do so to others who are looking for a hardscape designer!

I worked with Luis for almost 3 months on my patio project as apparently that is how long Naperville city takes to approve a permit due to back logs. In between there were numerous scope and design changes and the project increasingly became intricate and complex as ideas were discussed, including addition of an outdoor kitchen and a gazebo. Even though I had seen the 3D design, there were still unknowns about the finished look, but Luis and his team delivered 100%. The patio looks amazing and true to the design. The craftsmanship of the team is above normal, and the team was truly professional with excellent communication and willingness to go above and beyond for full customer satisfaction. They worked nonstop for 2 weeks, were punctual and left the project site in a great condition. The implementation of the unique hex tiles was executed perfectly and is the focal point of the project while the large patio slabs were installed flawlessly, yielding a modern design which I hope to enjoy for years .
