Mcmahon plumbing worked out great for us. Darren took care of all our problems efficiently and in a timely manner. Very enjoyable to work with. I would use them as my main Plumbing source for any of my upcoming needs.

My neighbor has used McMahon in the past and recommended them. I am so glad she did! They were very responsive. Installing my water heater was quick and hassle free. The service rep, Daren, even spent time advising me on my water softener. I thought I was going to have to replace it but thanks to Daren's advice, I was able to save some money.

I've used Mchahon Plumbing several times over the years. I own a few properties in the area and they are always my go to plumbing contractors. Extremely knowledgeable, excellent communication, always on time and very reasonable pricing. I'm a bit of a clean freak, and they are always very mindful of doing nice and neat work and cleaning up after themselves like they were never there. Excellent workmanship! They have never let me down. One of the best!

Darren is professional, attentive, easy to work with and did exactly what he said he would do in a timely manner. He refinished my bathroom and I could not be happier with the end result. He had great rates and worked with me to ensure everything was exactly the way I wanted it to be. I cannot recommend him enough. Call Darren for any and all plumbing needs, you will not be disappointed.

Darren came out to help with my water heater, he did a great job and I thought the price was even better. I received a competitors bid for a couple hundred dollars more, I am happy i used Darren and McMahon plumbing. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a knowledgeable plumber. Punctual and tidy, great work at a fair price!

…and now she’s leaving threatening voicemails!

I seldom write reviews but now that Jan from Burlingame Plumbing is leaving threatening voicemails against my wife and my wife’s company, because of a bad review, I need to write something. We were told a job would cost $149, to fix a part in our toilet, but after showing up very late to the job (with no calls) they charged us more than double. Jan, the person from the company you will be forced to deal with on the phone (wife of the repairman), hid the parts cost and their traveling costs until after the job was done. When asked about this afterwards Jan said she didn’t have to divulge these costs over the phone unless the customer asks. Well, we did ask how much the job would cost, and she intentionally hid these costs from us. After the job my wife called Jan to discuss why we were not told an accurate price for the job, but Jan immediately turned vicious over the phone to the point that my wife had to hang up to have Jan’s torrential flood of verbal abuse stop. My wife left an accurate and truthful bad review online about our bad experience, but then Jan called 3 times, including a threatening voicemail, which we have kept. In it Jan admitted she looked up my wife’s business online and will now get people she knows to fabricate lies and put bad reviews online about my wife’s business now. What? That’s sick! If Burlingame Plumbing doesn’t want bad reviews then they should improve their customer service. Abusive, vindictive, threatening, bullying and unprofessional. Beware of this company!!!

I called this company on a whim and I have found a trustworthy company that not only stands by their word but their work as well. Came in to work on a kitchen leak and found a bigger issue. After the repair gave good advice on what to do next to remedy any further troubles. Bill was fair, and I plan on using them for future plumbing problems.

Incredible. Great service. We just had Mark over...He has helped us multiple times from fixing other mistakes. Our home is almost 30 years old. We have multiple bathrooms. Things happen and Mark is INCREDIBLE. We have never had a problem with things he has fixed. Highly recommended.

I thought I only needed a shower valve and called Burlingame. He came out and was honest, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and expedient. He didn't charge me for anything I didn't need. The shower valve was replace in a matter of minutes.

He also quoted me to replace my shut-off valves and it was 1/3 of the cost of the other contractor from a big name company.

Mark did an incredible job with our plumbing. We had a very complicated situation and he was able to get it all worked out! It was a also a messy project and he did a great job cleaning up. He was very professional. Would highly recommend.

Mark did a good job with the repair. My low rating is because Jan did not tell us their charge for driving here would be $75 (half the hourly rate). After the appointment, I called Jan and shared that I wish this was told to us at the same time we scheduled the appointment. She said she was "under no obligation to provide that cost unless the customer specifically asks." Really disappointed especially the unkind, unprofessional tone.

Mark is an experienced plumber that does excellent work. Their pricing is fair and they are dependable. Overall, great choice for plumbing.

Wanted to share a 5 star review for Burlingame Plumbing. Mark did a great job fixing and improving our plumbing in the lower level of our home. You know older homes have some challenges from the past. His price was fair and quality workmanship. Will definitely use Burlingame again for our plumbing needs.

Absolutely the best! Mark and Jan always go above and beyond. They routinely go out of their way to ensure the best quality parts are used, care is given, and value is delivered. We’ve worked with them on multiple jobs at two different homes. We wouldn’t call anyone else for any plumbing need.

Great customer service. I was in a pickle and reached out to Mark at Burlingame plumbing. I was concerned about a leaking bathtub. I explained to mark my situation and was met with a quick reply and a more than reasonable price. Mark and Jan at Burlingame plumbing saved our day and week.

Everyone looking for a plumbing company that’s honest and not looking to price gouge should at least get a quote on any job before looking someone else.
