We presented Wes from Ferrari Plumbing with several challenging issues: 1) a second floor laundry drain that runs above the ceiling of the first floor that was backing up into the furnace condensation drain hole and into the second floor furnace room. The solution included separating the laundry drain and condensation drain and then having them join again several feet later; 2) a hard to get at 2nd floor shower drain that had a cut in the P trap; and 3) a vent that opened halfway up an inside wall. All three issues were solved very creatively, efficiently and with great skill by Wes. Had these issues not been solved and expertly reconfigured, we would have had a very serious problem. We are very happy with Ferrari Plumbing.

We had a sump pump fail during the middle of a huge thunderstorm. We started getting water coming over the sump well and in another room in a finished basement. This was at 10:00. I feel like they were the only company to really attempt to make something happen. We spoke to 6 different companies and everyone had the same response except for Ferrari. They realized the timing and we had a chance to get this done quickly with minimal damage. While the outcome wasn't as we hoped. This company was fast and attentive and moved so quickly. The damage could have been much worse without them. I cannot recommend them high enough. We were panicking and they showed up at 10:30 and the pump was running by 11:00. Highly recommend Ferrari. They saved my basement from what could have been much bigger catastrophe.

I can’t say enough good things about Ferrari Plumbing. I reached out to surprise my mom with a little plumbing tune-up around her house, and Luda couldn’t have been sweeter. Her husband, Wes, came out the same day, fixed the clogged tub, and even helped my mom with another drain issue while he was there.

He also went under the sink and tightened the faucet and knobs after noticing they were loose. It was all the little things that really stood out and showed how much pride he takes in his work.

They fixed our clogged drain in the same day we called them.; friendly and quick. This is the 4th time I've used them over the last decade and they always do great work.

Wes and his team were able to come by same day and add our new garbage disposal and rework our drain to accommodate a new sink and the dishwasher. They hooked up the faucet and other miscellaneous hardware, as well. His explanation for the scope of work was clear and the price was fair.

Called Ferrari to check my sink pipes because I heard dripping when dishwasher ran. Said they would need to cut hole in wall to verify. I asked what the whole process would cost and was told under $200 to cut hole and they need to diagnose. Naïvely, I guess, whole process cost has a different meaning to me. $300 invoice later including a diagnosis charge and no leak found. I hope I don’t hear dripping again - and I have one expensive hole in the wall.
