I've used one stop pro multiple times. For emergency repairs and preventative maintenance. They are honest, upfront, and do great work. Highly recommend.

Alex was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to provide multiple options to replace our ejector pump the next day. Would recommend and will plan to use them in the future for any plumbing needs.

I had a great experience with OneStop Plumbing. They were super professional and quick when I called about my issue. I really appreciated that they could give me a quote over the phone, and it ended up matching the final cost—no surprises. Alex was the pro who came out, and he was fantastic—friendly, professional, and really informative. He quickly figured out the issue and got the work done efficiently. Overall, solid service, and I’d definitely call them again if I need plumbing work in the future.

'OneStop' replaced my 75-gallon hot-water heater. The hot-water heater is located in a basement with relatively 'open access'.
The 'OneStop' team arrived at the specified time; evaluated the 'old hot-water heater'; educated me regarding my repair options; replaced / plumbed the new hot-water heater; removed the 'old unit' and cleaned-up after themselves. Alex and team was Professional and respectful of my home during the entire process.
I had 'lost' hot-water on a Thursday night and was unable to restart my 'old heater'. On Friday morning, my 'old' hot-water heater was also leaking on the basement floor - sufficient enough for a wet stain to cross the room to drain.
I used one-of the online 'business review' sites to submit my 'hot-water heater repair-or-replace' request-for-proposal (RFQ) to 'OneStop' - the 'business review' site also submitted my RFQ to other local plumbers. I submitted photos and additional information to 'OneStop' and one-or-two additional companies that responded to my RFQ. I have previously used 'OneStop' for both a (natural) gas leak and plumbing repairs. 'OneStop' is (relatively) "local" and I was happy with the prior service. I chose 'OneStop' because of their previous performance, timely response to my RFQ, proposed equipment / warranty - and they had the best price of those that responded.
This review was submitted two-days after installation - no leaks or post-install surprises!

The whole team was great to deal with. They helped us work through some difficult scheduling issues with a very challenging toilet repair. Alex our tech was professional, explained what he was doing very well, worked fast, and left the work area cleaner than he found it. I cannot recommend Dan and the team highly enough.

Alex from One stop pro Plumbing just installed a brand new sump pump and backup unit. I’m starting to travel a lot and it’s nice to have peace of mind it also hooks up to my iPhone so if something goes wrong while I’m out of town I can get it fixed.

I’ve called Alex Munoz at Onestop Pro Plumbing twice in the past week. Once for a kitchen sink & drain issue and again today for a sump pump problem. He is a trustworthy man and, even though plumbing issues are not cheap, the last thing you need is a plumbing scam artist. Alex is the opposite of that; he is an up front professional.

Alex was very efficient and knowledgeable! He took care of the leak quickly. This is the second job we had with Alex and One Pro. Always great work ! I will definitely be contacting Alex and One Pro in the future!

Great service! After using One Stop Pro many many times I wanted to leave a review to say how much I appreciate all that their crew has done for us. We have used HVAC, electrical, and most recently plumbing service, all first class!

Needed water heater replacement and they were able to come within a couple days. Showed up when they said they would and did the job in a very timely manner. Jeromy was courteous and helpful answering my questions. Would def use them again!

Today Jeremy replaced our old AC unit (after Dan kept it working for 2 years!) and was professional and thorough. I never thought I would consider an AC unit beautiful, but it is! Bring on the 90 degree days!

Alex helped us fix a leaky shower head that turned into a much bigger project than we anticipated (due to some old plumbing)! He was great at communicating the scope of the project, helping us navigate some tricky behind the wall repairs (without taking apart our shower), providing a fair estimate, and cleaning up after the project was complete. We are happy with his work!

Outstanding experience with One Stop. Alex came to my home to repair my shower faucet that had been leaking for about a year. Within a half hour he had it repaired and working like new. Very nice, respectful and awesome work!!! Highly recommend!!!

I found OneStop online when I was looking for a local plumber. I spoke to a real, local employee. She quickly scheduled an appointment for me, fitting me during the busy holidays, and the plumber was fast, straightforward with the cost estimate, and did the work well. Could not be more impressed. They will be my new go-to repair service for plumbing and HVAC.

I’ve used other prominent DuPage County companies in the past but they either overcharge me, are too busy, can’t make their appointments, or do quick and dirty work.

I've been really impressed with every interaction we've had with Dan and his team at OneStop. We've used them for an emergency plumbing fix, adding a battery backup sump pump, and installing a new furnace and AC. Because we had good experiences with them early on, we signed up for their maintenance plan and they've been terrific at squeezing us in on short notice when things have come up. Not to mention everything we've had done was reasonably priced relative to other quotes we've received and they've been honest about what work needs to be done, and what is "nice to have" but not immediately necessary. Would definitely recommend to others looking for plumbing or HVAC services.
