We had a frozen pipe and needed immediate service. They returned our call quickly and were out within the hour. They more than fixed the problem, but provided a solution (rerouting the pipes) so it wouldn't happen again.

I highly recommend Ferrari Plumbing. They arrived on time and were able to come out the day of the needed services. Reasonably priced and installed a new water heater! Great work and service.

Amazing service! Our hot water boiler went out this morning. Wes and Josh came over immediately, had the perfectly sized replacement boiler on the truck and replaced it with fantastic craftsmanship, in no time. I am very impressed and found our new favorite Plumber for life! I highly recommend this business, where you will receive fantastic service, excellent craftsmanship paired with a great human touch. 1/12/26: Wes, the owner, and his son, Josh did a great job in installing a new water heater, along with 2 old water valve replacements that were needed, for my brother and I.
Their work was of high quality , clean, and efficient. Also , Wes, was very informative and clear in giving an overview and instructions as to how to operate the new water heater.

Highly recommend Ferrari Plumbing. They’ve helped us on two occasions now - once for emergency flood relief, and once for back up sump pump installation. When they came out for the emergency flood relief, they were fast and efficient. They identified some major issues with our previous sump pump setup and fixed those while they were at it. We hired them to return a second time to install a backup sump pump for us and we are very happy with their work. They are meticulous, measure precisely and really stand behind their work. They did a very professional job and are easy to work with. We will use their services in the future.

When our water heater failed one January evening, my first thought was to call Ferrari Plumbing, they've always taken excellent care of us in the past.
Wes and Josh arrived on time the next day, walked us through the process, and had a replacement installed in about 2 hours.
No muss, no fuss, no mess.

We have a specialty Kohler faucet in our first floor bathroom and the left handle was leaking. We asked our regular plumber to estimate how much it would cost to fix it and they estimated up to $1,500 because of the pedestal sink and replacing the specialty faucet. I thought that was a ridiculous price to fix the faucet so I asked my very knowledgeable friend to look at it. He suggested buying the valve to fit the handle and ask Ferrari Plumbing to fix it. So I bought the valve for $14 and Ferrari Plumbing came in and fixed it for $375. Wes and Josh were very professional. They were well dressed, articulate and respectful of our home and our time. They had some difficulty getting the old, rusted valve out but they worked together and got the job done. Setting up this appointment was also a very good experience. They came when they said they were going to come and I even got a text 15 minutes before they arrived. We’re so happy they were able to save our existing faucet and fix it like new. As an added bonus, we had a minor issue with the toilet and Wes fixed that for free. I highly recommend Ferrari Plumbing and look forward to using them for years to come.

Our water heater, at the 12-year mark, finally died, and I called a few local HVAC companies, including our regular HVAC company in Winfield. They couldn't help immediately, wanting to schedule an appointment for a later date, and that wasn't going to work. So I remembered Ferrari Plumbing, which I passed many times going to work, and I called them. They were literally here in ten minutes, and within two hours, I had a brand new water heater installed. Brand new valves were installed—the same high-end water heater that I had before, the same brand, at least. Wes and his assistant, Josh, were just absolutely fantastic, and they put up with my grumpy attitude to boot. I can't say enough about them. The work they did was fantastic, and needless to say, I'm appreciative of their spur-of-the-moment service. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

They were also respectful of my time, they came on the early side within the window that we were given by the company and didn’t make us wait around all day for service.
