Reviews of local pros in Wheaton, Illinois

This was my first experience dealing with a roofer on a insurance claim, and Boxer Exteriors I feel went above and beyond to insure we got a roof that was done right, and listened to our concerns and all the questions we had. I feel very confident in recommending them for your needs.

I would highly recommend Boxer Exteriors for your roofing needs. Preston and Tony were very professional in the work they provided for my roof. Preston went the extra mile and found rain protection edging that was not in the color I chose from the vendors they use. Found it and He traveled nearly 100 miles round-trip to provide me with the product. Five star plus service.

Our experience with Boxer Exteriors has been seamless and pleasant.
Great customer service. Dawn and her team went above and beyond. I highly recommend!!!!!💪🏻💪🏻

Tony with Boxer Exteriors always goes above and beyond for his customer. After a hail storm in 2024, we hired boxer exterior to not only repair the damage to the roof, but also completely improve the appearance of our house. Roof, siding, gutters, soffit, LP board/batten accent and fascia all completed by Boxer.

Peyton Berry is the best sales representative at the Boxer Exterior company. This is why. Our experience was hands off since his roofing expertise was seamless. He handled every part of the process. We are very satisfied with the colors of the siding, roof and gutters as well as the quality of the installation. We now have a model home. I give Peyton a five star rating so please if you are in need of new roof hire Peyton! Thank you,

Maria and Harry

Top of furnace chimney required replacement due to years of weather and general wear and tear. Boxer Exteriors was very accommodating for what was a somewhat specialized repair. New chimney cap is of far better quality and replaced shingles blends in well with existing roof. Excellent workmanship throughout! I would highly recommend "Boxer Exteriors" for one's roofing needs! Well done ---- and thank you!

Tony did a great job coordinating the repair job at my house. His caring and concern for the customer is exceptional. The work performed was done on time and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend.

Boxer exteriors did a nice job of repairing our roof after hail storm. The workers were polite and professional. They cleaned up after each phase of construction, and after the job was done. We would recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs.

I highly recommend Boxer Exteriors for roof repair and maintenance. Preston and his team were professional, efficient, and delivered exceptional service. They addressed all my concerns and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Thank you, Preston, for a job well done!

Tony and Preston have been great to work with! They’re kind and patient, willing to wait to make decisions which made this process easier. Love our new siding!

Two of my neighbors and I had our roofs, etc., replaced by Boxer Exteriors! (And yes, the owner's two extremely well behaved gorgeous boxers ride along with him). We were all TOTALLY pleased with the service provided by Toni and his son, Preston. Their roofers are very professional and do a fantastic job! We are recommending Boxer Exteriors to everyone we know looking for roof replacement, etc. They do a beautiful job, they're very respectful of your home and flowers, and they treat you like family!

I cant say enough good things about Boxer Exteriors... This company did such an amazi g job and completed the work in the same day! Very knowledeable, professional and cleaned up afterwards. In the end I had a stunning new roof for my home which made it shine!

Proof that miracles do happen:
Dawn showed up at what the lowest point in my life. My family had suffered a housefire, & the devastating loss of our beloved dog Loki. In the middle of coping with the loss, & being displaced; my husband and I separated and divorced which added to the stress of working through the reconstruction our home. We found out that our insurance policy would not cover replacement of our roof which was clearly affected by all the smoke residue. Our contractors stretched out the repairs and sucked our policy dry of time and funds for alternative housing. I was paying both a rent and my mortgage. How was I going to replace a roof? How was I going to give my children a Christmas??? I was introduced to Dawn and I shared my story with her. She willingly donated a new roof to complete the repairs of my home. She even dropped off Christmas gifts for us to make sure we had a nice Christmas well. Angels do exist and they appear in many forms.

Dawn, I'll never be able to justifiably thank you enough for your unending care & generosity towards me and my boys. Please know you have changed our lives and allowed for us to move forward towards a brighter future.

God Bless You truly,

Jamie Torris & Family

I would like to thank Boxer Exteriors for doing such a great job on my roof replacement. From the inspection of hail damage to the end of the job, everything was seamless. They even put back my patio set on my deck nicer than it was. No nails or garbage were left behind, that's what I was most worried about. Thank you again Tony, and the Boxer Exteriors Team!

Great experience with Boxer Exteriors. Everyone was very professional, and they got the job done quickly and effectively! The roof looks great! Loved working with Preston and Tony!

We had some storm damage to our roof so I called Boxer to help me get the claim process started with insurance. We ended up arguing back-and-forth with insurance about their coverage so it took us such a long time to move forward. By the time we pulled the trigger on re-roofing, it was the very end of the season and snow was coming. Boxer made it happen right before cold and snow set in, working in the dusk of Chicago’s short November daylight to get the job done. Despite working in limited daylight, not a nail was left on our property! So impressed! Thank you Tony and Dawn!

Having our roof replaced with Boxer Exteriors was an outstanding experience. It was done efficiently and expertly. The cleanup was thorough. We love our new roof. Thanks to Tony, Preston and their hard working crew.

So grateful to the Boxer Exteriors team for their help with my roof and siding this summer. Peyton delivered consistent best-in-class customer service throughout the experience, working closely with my insurance. Kept me well informed throughout the process, but never let it feel overwhelming. Was a nice plus that our dogs got along so well and would play while we talked shop.

The work to the house was handled over two days, one for the roof and another for the siding. No incidents and the end result was seamless. Really came together in the end and have gotten regular compliments on the final outcome.

Overall, couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with Boxer. Professional, trust-worthy, and just overall really good people!

Boxer exteriors did an amazing job! I own multiple commercial properties and because of them I was able to actually step back and take a vacation with my family. They handled the entire process from start to finish with the utmost service. Allowing me peace of mind while I was away enjoying life!!

Company caused damage to my home, did a bait and switch type pricing, quoted price, we signed contracts and mutually agreed. No changes were made to style or design, yet two weeks after job was left they increased price substantially, making false claims of change orders. They use sub contractors for any and all work on my home, I'm told, they physically hand out their company t-shirts to make it seem these workers work for them. Their subcontractors vandalized my home, each time Tony explicitly said no way, never, until each incident I had to provide Ring Camera footage, multiple baseless apologies, promises to take care of me in the back end. He promises the world and seems like a stand up guy, until you sign and give a down payment....then nothing agreed to is followed up as promised. Preston was awesome to deal with, he really tried, the only bright spot in my experience.

I now have leaks all over my home, possible damages to AC units, deck, landscape and lights, they did not protect my home as promised. After damage was done, documented to them, they pulled out clauses. stating it's all the homeowners responsibility. They denied everything, if you still choose to use these people. Please take pictures, document everything. I depended on these google reviews, unfortunately it was not the same experience for me...please be careful and protect yourself, ask for pricing final confirmation from start to finish. I trusted blindly and im now dealing with the fall out. Sadly this was my personal experience. We have had numerous businesses, contractors and vendors service our home and perform work....never had a issue. Just really really unfortunate, we planned for years to upgrade our roof....never imagined it turned out as it did.

Boxer Exteriors went above and beyond for us. I worked directly with the owner Tony and his son Preston, and they were outstanding from start to finish. They accommodated us at the last minute during a tight timeline as we prepared to list our home with a relocation company, and they made everything happen seamlessly. Their professionalism, communication, and quality of work were excellent. It’s no surprise they have a five star rating on Google. Highly recommend.
