Outstanding Service by Mike Petrow & his team. I am so glad I called them after I got a very bad estimate from Se*** **O. My basement got flooded & I called Pro Dry for an estimate. I was very impressed with how Mike approached looking at the damaged area. He not only looked at the damaged area but looked everywhere to see if there was water in the crawlspace & other areas. He found more damage which the previous company missed. He asked me a few questions & got down to finding the root cause of the issue. He gave me a very good estimate to get it done. More importantly I was very impressed by his due diligence in spending time inspecting the whole area. He explained the entire process to me. His crew showed up the next day to start the work Very professional team overall. They took the time to show me everything & explain the process. Work was done & the area was left very clean after the carpeting & drywall was taken out. They took the time & care to remove/cover all the personal items to minimize damage to any item. Mike was there when the insurance inspection happened to walk the insurance team through the issue & why certain items when removed. Insurance inspector called me later to inform me that he was very impressed by the detail & documentation provided by Mike. Mike went above & beyond when he also came when my water proofing contractor came for an estimate to ensure that they were addressing the main issues.

I would recommend Mike & the Pro Dry team 1000% to get the job done right & professionally.

Cannot recommend ProDry more highly ! We had a roofing job go terribly wrong which caused water damage in one of the bedrooms and ProDry mitigated it quickly and thoroughly ! And unlike another mitigation company, they didn't expect me to pay up front. Galena dealt with the insurance which was a huge relief. Mike and his team did an excellent job and he also met with the claims adjuster to make sure that we got compensated for ALL repairs! They understand the stress you are going through and will make sure that the work is done quickly and professionally. Galena and Mike make an amazing team ! They were truly the silver lining in this fiasco. 100% recommend !

Mike, Dan and their team at Pro Dry saved the day! Our sump pump went out and flooded our basement on a Sunday. They were at our house within 45 minutes of our phone call. From there, the care, direction and responsiveness was amazing. They moved quickly with high quality, dry out and build back. They were always there when they said they’d be with a smile on their face and a firm hand shake. We were very impressed with the whole process and the efficient way they run their business. We highly recommend giving them a call if you are ever in the unfortunate situation of restoration needs.

ProDry helped us identify the source of two different water leaks in our basement on two occasions. They gave advice and professional supplies to dry up the water and prevent any mold or further damage. They were a delight to work with. We were so grateful. I will absolutely call them again in the future (though I hope we never have to!).

ProDry Restoration Inc. provided excellent service. We found a small mold issue and also needed to eliminate moisture caused by a bathroom leak. Mike was available same-day and quickly alleviated our concerns. He did a great job educating us on what he found and what we needed done. He was very professional and worked well with our insurance company. He came daily, made sure to show us his tests, and thoroughly explain the progress he was seeing. ProDry Restoration Inc. did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a very tricky leak location that the ProDry team was able to help us locate. Our technician, Daniel, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and punctual. Daniel was extremely careful and simplified our repair project tremendously. Highly recommend!

Bathroom remodeling and came across a mold issue. Prodry came out when others wouldn't, delaying my project. The remediation was done professionally and at a very reasonable price. The next day the installers for Pacific Bath (who are also great to work with) commented that Prodry did an excellent job and took their number from me.

ProDry was recommended to me by my plumber after I feared having water damage on my bathroom floor. Daniel came out for a FREE inspection to check everything. I also asked him to look at a separate bathroom I feared my have some mold issues.

He took his time, checked the moisture levels, and put my fears to rest. No high pressure antics, just honest advice. As a homeowner, I greatly respect and appreciate that!

Had water from an ice dam get into our walls in a corner of our house. Mike from ProDry was able to come out right away and provide an estimate and guidance. Fair quote. Quick and great work taking out the drywall, drying the trouble spots, sanitizing and mold protection. They also coordinated restoration which was very convenient and Roberto did great work! Would recommend!

I am so glad we called Pro-dry after our bathtub drain leaked and flooded our basement. We had a lot of damage unfortunately and the Pro-dry team worked quickly to remove all the damaged flooring and get everything cleaned up. They were really great to work with from start to finish. The team that came out was professional and did a great job. Hoping we don’t have to call them anytime soon but at least we know who to call and recommend for water damage remediation in the future!

Incredible experience with ProDry!!! One room/hallway in my house had been smelling musty/moldy for months, and I couldn't figure out the source, and every company I called told me they would have to open up my walls to figure out the reason. Then, I finally found ProDry who came out the same day I called and found the issue within 10 minutes! And, no, they didn't have to cut open any of my walls!! Mike and Daniel were super easy to work with, had clear communication, were on time, and texted when they were on the way! Highly recommend- would use them again in a minute!!

We've needed ProDry a couple of times in the last year for water damage cleanup/repair and can definitely recommend them. Mike responded quickly and did a good job communicating every step of the way so that expectations were clear. He and his team made sure we were satisfied and kept their promise to make it right when we weren't. We will not hesitate to contact them again if the need arises!

We had a wax ring failure and called them. They came out asap. Very friendly. Quick tear out. They did a great job cleaning up and followed up everyday. 100% recommend. Dan came same day that I called to check out situation, quote me ballpark price, and said they'd be back in the morning to do the job. They were here first thing and done by 10am. I had a pipe burst in my kitchen and water was everywhere. I immediately called ProDry Restoration and within hours they had a team at my house. They were able to quickly assess the situation and got to work immediately. They had the entire area dried out in no time and even sanitized the area. I was truly impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. They were a lifesaver and I couldn't be happier with my decision to call them.

Prodry (Daniel and Mike especially) have been amazing to work with and saved my home twice now with mitigation following water damage. The first was a burst pipe in one bathroom, and the second was a tile failure leak in my other shower. Very professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic about the situation. I would highly recommend their services if you’re in need of mitigation, they are the pros to call to help figure out a plan when you’re not sure where to start after water damage.

We used Pro-dry when we had a water seepage issue in our bathroom. Dan and Galina were amazing throughout the entire process! Dan spent his time explaining the process during the quote when they came to remove our bathroom their entire team was methodical and super clean! They were so respectful of the house and all of our mold was eliminated properly.. The best part was that Dan and Galina worked with us and the insurance company to maximize our coverage. I spent a lot of time researching different companies and am so happy that we went with ProDry. Truly good people that are beyond helpful.

ProDry really came to our rescue. We had a burst pipe in the basement. We called ProDry and they came out immediately. They moved all the furniture including a very heavy treadmill then pulled up the saturated carpet and padding and disposed of it carrying it upstairs over our hard wood floors which they had carefully covered to protect them. Then they sucked up the water, sanitized the floors and brought in equipment to dehumidify the basement. Next came the wall and ceiling coverings which had to come down and be disposed of. Dan and his team were on site and walked us through the process. He was also invaluable when it came to helping us understand and deal with our insurance claim. I strongly recommend ProDry. They were thorough, efficient, responsive and professional. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
