I started a DIY renovation that went very wrong when I attempted to replace my kitchen faucet. I contacted Rescue Plumbing to schedule service. They were very prompt and professional. The next day, Loga and his partner arrived the next morning and went straight to work. They were professional, answered all of my questions (I had many) and provided detailed diagnostic of the problem. They were also very reassuring and I felt comfortable. If all the technicians at Rescue Plumbing are anything like these guys, I highly recommend them for plumbing needs. I will be using them again and will be asking for Loga.

Troubleshooting a smell with no leak. On time, called before coming, took extra steps to not get the house dirty from work shoes and equipment. Did several diagnostic tests and showed me what he was doing. Javier was very polite and informative!

Pete and Noah were so helpful, professional and efficient! The service call with assessment and repairs took about an hour and everything was like new. Will be working with them from now on!

Pete and Noah came to investigate a leak from our upstairs bathroom. We were initially unable to reproduce the leak but they were patient and thorough. Eventually, they found we actually had two leaks, one in the tile work of the shower in one bathroom and also a failing wax seal under the toilet in another.

They cleaned up after their work and were conscientious about not cutting into the ceiling below the bathrooms any more than was absolutely necessary. Pete explained everything along the way, answered all of my questions, and also recommended maintenance for me to do in the future. If I have future plumbing needs, I will for sure call Rescue Plumbing again and would recommend them to others.

I hired Rescue Plumbing to come inspect the pipes of a 4 unit building to make sure everything looks good before purchasing it. Pete and his tech came by to examine everything and also performed an underground camera inspection. I'm very happy with the inspection they performed along with their ability to talk about their findings in a way I could understand. I highly recommend the company and Pete!

Dex and his assistant, Omar, were great. I have an older house (1930s) and Dex took time to walk me through fixing and rerouting the sump pump. He then proceeded to answer my (many) phone calls and checked in over the next couple weeks to make sure things were working.

The office was also great and responsive when I called them at 11:30 PM.

Would recommend and hire Rescue and specifically Dex again. The attitude, work, and follow up was great.

Pete and Noah were both excellent! They did a very professional job, were friendly, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure that our pipes would not freeze and burst again in our old home! Definitely recommend and would use again in the future!

The good: They were quick to respond and scheduling was easy.
The bad: Plumber didn't even bother troubleshooting the issue but whether pushed new pump. If I would of taken the time, I would have figured out the breaker was triggered and by resetting it, the pumps would of worked again. It's hard to trust anybody these days when everything is revenue driven. Hard lesson learned.
