When we came home and our sink was overflowing we gave them a call. They came out quickly and had the job done in a couple hours. They were thorough checking to make sure the blockage was cleared and the water was draining properly. We will call them for service again in the future.

After being turned down by Albi plumbing, who recommended I call Kevin-somebody, who in turn recommended I call George Machacek, who also declined to look at the problem , I was relieved to find J Sewer & Drain who did a great job. Luis and his helper quickly diagnosed the location of the clog and cleared it completely in about an hour, working back and forth between the drain and a grease pit. They are now our go-to for any future clogs.

Jesus S came out promptly when a tenant reported a leak - I’m out of town and would normally check this myself but had no choice to just go straight to a plumber. He arrived quickly, helped my tenant to move things around and realized the issue was the appliance not the plumbing. With professionalism and politeness he disconnected the appliance and shut off the water - and didn’t charge for the visit.

I was able to get an appointment same day for my toilet clogged. Marcelo was very professional and punctual, he came within the time that was confirmed, wore booties in my home, and fixed my clog within 15 minutes. I would highly recommend! Thank you so much!

I’ve had J Sewer and Drain out to my house twice now for two different toilet related issues - the original contractor must have done some shotty plumbing work. The leaky toilet on the first floor was a simple repair; the appointment was scheduled same day and the issue was resolved within the hour appointment. The leaky toilet on the second floor required some sub-floor to be replaced; the issue was resolved at a reasonable rate for the amount of work required. I appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail I saw with both teams.

J Plumbing did an excellent job. I wanted a Rheem Power Vent hot water heater installed that I had selected at Home Depot. They were willing to drive over there (about 3 miles) and pick it up in their truck and bring it to my basement. I appreciated that kind of service. Then they installed it in my basement. Everything is working fine now. It was all done in a prompt and timely manner because my 20 year old water heater had been leaking and I needed this replacement. I would definitely recommend them.

Don't call them if you purchased a brand new faucet for them to install. They will charge you to come out again to repair a bad install job they did because "You didn't buy the faucet from us."

There we were with a leaky toilet. Anyone will tell you, holding a bucket underneath the drip was not a long term solution. We needed a quick fix and relied on Kerrigan Plumbing again. They fixed the leak in about 20 minutes. Easy pees-y, lemon squeeze-y. Now the toilet is working without any unexpected leaks.
