The did a good job with water jetting and at a fair price and gave extra information about my system.

Had a leak from our sink and they were super responsive via Yelp message. Price was reasonable and absolutely worth the service and ease given. Had everything fixed within about two hours. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again with future issues!

Plumber arrived when scheduled. Cost estimate was higher than expected and will check others for better pricing. Plumber was able to explain options and seemed knowledgeable but cost for required work seemed high.

Luis and his team from J Sewer & Drain were fantastic! We had a sewer scope done on our new home and found a blockage in the sewer line that needed to be addressed sooner rather than later. I worked with Jonathan to schedule our hydro jetting service for the following week. Luis and his team showed up on time, explained everything they were doing, and confirmed after they finished that the line was clear showing me the video footage. They were prompt, courteous, and worked quickly. They also provided text updates for scheduling and arrival times, which was nice. I would definitely recommend!

The service was great, they explained the issue and the cost thoroughly. They cleaned up the workspace when they were done. Overall very satisfied.

I had an amazing experience with J Sewer today. I spoke with Jonathan the owner a week before and had things scheduled, quoted me a very fair price for the work, included scoping and water jetting the sewer line for my three unit building. He sent his tech out, Luis, who showed up on time and was absolutely professional, explaining every detail every step of the way. He took the extra time to make sure that roots were cleared out of my building’s drain pipe as he scoped and water jetted the line. He made sure to be very thorough so that everything was taken care of, and then ran the scope down there one last time to make sure all was to my liking. Great service, great cost, great company. Would recommend them to anybody and will use them again.

From start to finish, this company has been nothing but professional and efficient. They were able to come as soon as I needed them for both services. The work was impressive and well documented. It was very easy to pay them with Zelle. I will most certainly use them again and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing work.

10/10 would recommend. Had an emergency where we had waste backed up into the basement. Turned out to be a blocked plumbing line and they used the hydrojet to push it out. Emergency service on a Saturday, responded promptly, and was at my hose within 90 minutes. Fair prices, great people. Would highly recommend!

I have nothing but praise for this company. Every interaction has been very professional and they really know what they are doing an most importantly very competitive on price. The team that did the work was first class, Jonathan and his team took such great care on site and did everything they could to preserve the lawns and garden, cleaned up and finished the job off perfectly. My experience was great. I had several quotes to have my sewer line water jetted. The quote they gave me was super reasonable, they were able to schedule me on the same day, pretty important when sewage is backing up in your basement! Jonathan was quick on response and scheduling. Diego, who did the work was super knowledgeable, and very thorough in doing the work, answering my questions, and making sure that they totally cleaned out my sewer line! I rarely cold call a company to do this kind of work but I needed quick resolution.this is one time where I hit it. I highly recommend J Sewer!!!!

Service was extremely prompt and comprehensive they were at my door 40mins after I hung up.
There’s a $65 diagnostic fee which is understandable considering their plumbers are professionals and their time is valuable. But it did cost $275 to clear my shower drain (they did tell me after looking the job over before beginning their work). Which for that price I could purchase all the equipment they brought to diy. All told I’m glad to have my shower draining. Diego was a pro and knew his business. Would definitely recommend for anyone who needs a fix quick and wants the job done right.

The toilet was fixed, but the pricing was not transparent. The cost kept increasing as new parts were added, and each additional charge was mentioned only after the previous one had already been approved. None of this was explained clearly upfront.

The plumber also told me directly that he charges about double the cost of the parts he buys, which I was not informed of beforehand. With constant add-ons and no clear estimate at the start, the service ended up being far more expensive than expected.

I’m sharing this so others know to request a full breakdown and confirmed pricing before agreeing to any work.

Very happy with the work done to get my sewer line cleaned out. Confirmed work was complete with the camera. They were able to fit me in same day and the guys that came out were friendly.

Marcelo and team did wonderful work on our bathroom clog. We've worked with them for our HOA and our personal condo and would absolutely recommend them.
