I received exceptional customer service while shopping here yesterday. It was just as the store opened and I asked for help finding bags of compost. I was directed by an outside associate to Danuta, who kindly, cheerfully, and energetically helped me select, purchase, and load all my purchases into my car. Danuta went above and beyond!

Indoor plants are medium-priced, obviously Home Depot is cheaper if it’s a common plant, but Chalet has a TON more options/higher quality. I think it’s more reasonably priced than smaller boutique plant shops like Cultivate or Fleur. Chalet has good prices on air plants, less so on succulents (small variety and expensive compared to Home Depot)

Lots of options for pots, most are reasonably priced, you can find lots for $8-10

Beautiful store. Always fantastic plants and other things to buy. They may not have had exactly the vegetables I was looking for today but I still managed to find other things..😁

Beware if you are purchasing using a tax exempt, you must have a tax exempt account set-up with them before your purchase-yet another company adding yet another set of hoops for us to jump through. And how would you know this beforehand? Manager and cashier were also not very nice. As I had to have the plants, I had to purchase on my own credit card and eat the tax as we are not allowed sales tax on our NU credit cards. I will never shop here again.

We do a lot of work with Chalet and their team is top notch with great attention to detail. Would definitely recommend!

The place is neat, great variety, healthy plants, awesome merchandise! And A+ customer service and advisors! Today I had a 5 minute Arbor Class (!) with Ms Mary Francis. Bravo!

My new favorite place! With the organized-by-color aisles, It's like strolling through a heavenly scented rainbow of flowers. So relaxing! I'm looking forward to visiting again tomorrow and will be bringing a friend too! 😊

This place is amazing! They really do it all from landscaping to a full service garden center. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, and there are always plenty working. The outside portion of the store is laid out very nicely, and it's very organized. Their prices are reasonable and they have just about everything you could possibly need in a garden center. There is something for everybody here, and it's always fun to come out and browse their selection. Highly recommend!

I’m so sad because we spent so much money on landscaping, design and lighting and it looks so bad. I didn’t like it after it was done and voiced my concerns and they said give it some time and they were already in the red on our project (which we never even gave a budget, we were fine paying for whatever so that we could get what we want) but a year later it still not only looks so bad but our lighting no longer works. It’s always been unreliable and fidgety, but the last 3 weeks, just completely stopped. It’s only been a year of use!

I had a landscaper come out yesterday to help me with some yard work and he said our landscaping was really bad and doesn’t like it at all. He then suggested we use Chalet to spruce it up. I said this is Chalet’s work. This is over $10,000 of Chalet’s work. He was surprised and assumed we had a newbie working on our project. Maybe so… but I’m so sad and absolutely hate how it looks. I tried to give it the year and I took care of it well and watered and everything stayed alive but it’s just such a bad design. My heart hurts to see it and know we will have to spend even more to fix it.

Nearly a month after ordering what I thought was a stunning magnolia tree, my order arrived today (no call or appointment given first). This “tree” ended up being a 3ft tall bush with sad looking dying flowers. Ughhhhhh between a zillion phone calls with Chalet, sloppy delivery process and disappointing merchandise- spend your money elsewhere.

A great plant nursery. They carry a wide selection of flowers, plants, and young trees. Around Christmas the indoor area buzzes with holiday decor and lights.

I came in on a Friday with my wife to pick out a Christmas tree. She had called previously and schedule a Christmas tree delivery for Saturday delivery. It appears to take 20+ minutes per person in the checkout line to schedule a tree delivery. When it was our turn to check-out after we picked out a tree, there was no record of the delivery we scheduled previously. We scheduled a new delivery for Sunday. About mid-day on Sunday, my wife called to confirm that they were coming today. We were then informed they do not do deliveries on Sunday and have no record of our scheduled delivery again. Stay tuned to see if we actually ever get our tree delivered from this place.

After talking with the manager soon after our review they moved our delivery time to the same day and gave us a much better tree. Very pleased with the service and would recommend to anyone

The Chalet is one of my go to garden and home centers. They have a great selection of outdoor decor, pots and plants. I purchased both annual and perennial plants. They also carry a selection a native perennials as well. I have purchased a number of evergreens - large Upright Yew and a couple of Columnar Norway Spruce. I also have used their landscaping design service as well as their lawn care service.

Chalet also has an awesome home decor selection, holiday decor, gift items and indoor plants. Come check it out and you'll be a fan!

What a wonderful place to explore. They had a beautiful green house. Although pretty cramped on a weekend. I loved the selection of planters and the staff we very knowledgeable.

Truly a home & garden heaven. Lotsa interesting items available even for the furry friends. Abundant of pumpkins for Halloween. Don't miss out on the plants which some are from Clesen . 🪴🌼🌱🌿🌻

Visited on the first nice day in late winter. Beautiful selection of clothing, health & beauty products, gardening needs, plants, planters, home decor and animal needs. Can't wait to come back in spring when the outside nursery is full!

Expensive but unique and quality flowers and plants.

I've never been here till this day when the Frozen characters- Ana and Elsa were there. I was there for my granddaughter so she can meet and have her photo taken with Ana and Elsa. I might have to check this place out in the summer. Impressed with what I saw for Xmas season.
