Constraction reviews in Avon, Indiana

Don’t know if it’s bob himself or an employee. But one of the rudest people I know. If he doesn’t like what he hears. He will mean mug and stare you down for no reason other than to just be petty. If that’s what you want to work with. Then go ahead and hire this guy. But I’d save your time

Real estate agents are always trying to find a contractor that they can count on. I have found that Bob's Construction has been dependable and reasonable in their pricing. Bob has always been available for my clients with short notice and came to the rescue of a seller when their basement was leaking on a Saturday morning. I believe you will find Bob's Construction to be professional, caring, polite and honest in dealing with your repairs, additions and whatever your needs may be.

I looked in the telephone book and chose 5 companies to see who I wanted to use and I chose Bob's Construction
Co. I spoke with Kyle on the phone who returned my call immediately. He was very professional and helpful in telling me everything that was needed. They repaired my roof in a few hours and did an excellent job. He kept me posted throughout the entire process. I have referred his company to several of my friends. Thank you Kyle and Bob's Construction.

Bob’s construction did an amazing job replacing my roof. They were easy to work with to get an inspection completed, then with follow up on the actual repair. Not only that, but they were careful and diligent in their work to not leave any scrap or nails behind in my yard afterwards. I would highly recommend Bob’s construction for their excellent work and customer service.

I found Bob's Construction when I was running out of time to get a paving stone patio put in before my son's graduation party. I explained the situation to Bob and he was able to get a crew out right away and got our 20' x 15' paver patio installed in three days on a rush basis and didn't charge extra for the rush work. The crew was great and did a great job for such short notice. The following year Bob helped me get my air conditioner repaired when everybody else told me it needed replaced. Ended up being a simple fix for $250.00 instead of $6,000.00 like all the HVAC contractors were quoting me. Great company to work with and Bob was great in my opinion. I recommend Bob to all my friends and family.

I was fortunate to be recommended to use Bob's Construction for my driveway. My home had quite a terrible driveway, broken, uneven, and sloping towards my home. Bob's construction came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I chose to use them as my construction company. It only took a few days to be put on their schedule, and only 48 hours to have a brand new driveway. Kyle and Brice were very kind and courteous. I felt as though they communicated with me through the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their driveway.

Bob's Construction did a tear off and place a new roof on my house. They did an excellent job - Kyle was a great man to work with! Kyle keep me posted as to when they would be at the house to do this job. The crew was very nice - they were polite and did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. I would highly recommend this company for any work that would need to be done!

Horrible company! Horrible owner! Do not use! The owner threatened to sue me because they underbid job when I was pregnant. After the fact my dryer caught on fire because they didn’t vent it right. We also had to replace roof they put on because it leaked. We added a master bedroom on with this company and the problems keep coming. Dry wall work was horrible.

Very professional and curteous staff. Quick at responding and thourough with every detail. Highly recommend!

We had Bob’s Construction do most of our house works and repairs , and today, Matt fixed our garage service door. We told him not to do the painting as we are cutting down on the cost but he went ahead and painted it for free.. Truly appreciated it.. Bob’s Construction always do excellent job , very easy to contact , and make sure job is done fast…

Bob was very helpful and timely with providing repairs to my brand new home.

Installation of a door was incredible! Zach came through even in all the snow.

They did 2900 square feet of roofing and moved roof alley that was running into a wall. Price was good, workmanship was good, they did it in one day, and communication with Matt, the representative, was excellent. I am very pleased

This is the second time I’ve used bobs con and they always do great work and I’ll use them again

Very quick to respond and affordable rates. Excellent communication. Explained problem and how repair was being made. Would definitely call again!

Bob's Construction is amazing. They were on time, affordable, knowledgeable and respectful. I will call them for all my needs.

Bob's construction replaced our roof. We are very satisfied with the quality and customer service. We would recommend Bob's Construction to anyone.

Very easy to work with. Easy to schedule and the workers always let me know when they would be there. Polite and respectful of my property. This is the 3rd time I have used them and are pleased with the final results

Had a water softener installed by Jimmy. He was personable and knew his stuff. He came out in the night and fixed a parts issue that was causing a leak. Everything was cleaned up and put back together. I would definitely use these guys again. Zach, the manager was professional and made the process quick and painless. Now I hope these guys can install a garage door opener.

Workers were courteous and thorough. One of the gentleman said he treats every job like his own house and he did. Jackie, the supervisor, was very professional and answered all of my questions. Already recommended Bob's to a neighbor.

Zack has been incredible! The addition on my home is beautiful and I couldn't have asked for more. He showed up the very next day for an estimate, I was given a competitive estimate and the building process shortly after. He has been fun to work with and continues to make our dream house a reality.
