We have been using Guzman Pro Cleaning for over 4 years now and they do an amazing job! I would highly recommend them for any cleaning service you would need.

Guzman Pro Cleaners helped with our new build construction clean up and we have used them weekly ever since. Luis is great at communicating and I think they do a fantastic job, top to bottom!

Us in the general contractors world, find ourselves sometimes needing people at random times and at a short notice. We usually don't even have time to post a review but, I wanted to go out of my way and express my gratitude and amazement to Guzman Pro Cleaning. I've had the pleasure of using their services many times. They've gotten me out of some situations when time has been of an essence. Having the sense of somebody doing a job well done and being able to trust them is a hard thing to find. I have definitely found this with Guzman cleaning. Progressive Lawnscaping put in a sidewalk and patio. I'm very happy with both. Karen and Deanna were always on time and dependable. The patio was a challenge, my yard slopes nearly a foot from one side to the other but they came up with a great design. I plan on using them again for a new project at the front of my house.

My family friend bought a fridge for 700 and they delivered it it never worked from the beginning and will not answer the phone buyer's beware 0 stars that is not how you do business its been almost 2 week call every day no answer

Jody came out as soon as he was available was inside had the part tore down to see what it was doing and fixed in like 12 mins... Was very pleased with the service and time. Will definitely call for future repairs. He also carries new and used appliances so if you needs good deal this where you go.

Absolute SCAM! Wish I could give 0 stars. Received a fridge that didn’t work since day one. Gladly took my money to deliver it but now are doing nothing to replace it or refund me. They have a 45 day warranty they claim but won’t answer my calls or texts. It’s a shame people are this evil. I hope their children don’t end up growing up and being scam artists too. But who knows anymore…

SCAM. I’m 9 months pregnant and these jerks sold me a broken refrigerator, refused to give me a refund and lied about bringing a new one. Him and his brother don’t respond but they are out there continuing to sell broken appliances like the trash they are.
I’ve waited a week and given them
every opportunity to fix it because as someone also self employed I have no desire to trash a business but these guys are liars and no one should be giving them a penny for anything.
I’ve filed a police report and contacted the BBB. My family will not be letting this go even if it means a lawsuit. Luckily I have cameras in my house and outside so I have proof of the scam and their connection thanks to their delivery drivers who gladly took a cash tip from me most likely knowing they were ripping me off as well.

This guy came to my house and he was working on my AC and when I came around the hall I literally caught him making out with my dog. I haven't been the same since.

He just kept having reasons he couldn’t show up. 3 times. I’m not happy moving furniture by myself at 7am so he can clean vents and then having him message me that he can’t come after texting multiple times asking if he is coming. Don’t know if the excuses were true or not - but be more professional!

Neuner installed our Lennox Central Air 4-5 years ago and we were very pleased with his work, but last fall and this spring we began to have problems with it. We called Neuner... He stopped by, checked out the system and determined a valve needed to be replaced.

Weeks went by. Lennox wouldn't answer the phone, the wrong part was delivered, he was sick... I am not certain what happened but the repair was not getting done. Finally he promised to show up at 9am Saturday and fix the AC. At 9:15 he had not arrived, no text no phone call. I called and left a message... "please call back". A little while later my wife calls and his cell phone has clearly been turned off since it went straight to voice mail.
We never got a call back, he never showed up. We sent a text telling him his services were no longer required. I can take a hint. He had no desire to repair our AC (that he installed). We even agreed to have him do a system health and maintenance check twice a year. I guess he didn't want that business either.
We've now gotten another company to come look at it. The part needed is available locally. The company was able to determine (within a few minutes) that the parts are under warranty by Lennox. This seemed to be a blocker for Neuner (or at least that was an excuse). We feel we were being lied to and put on the back burner.
