We worked with Dana, Tim and Jason who were all tremendous. The team got to our house so fast it felt like the teleported to us - the kind of urgency you want when it's freezing outside and your furnace called in sick. Tim and Jason both worked on our furnace and were diligent to assess any potential issue and explain to us our options so we could make informed decisions and follow along with the repair. They were friendly and respectful, even bringing shoe covers to wear before entering the house.

Dana was a breeze to work with for scheduling, billing etc. She made us feel like a priority the whole time and understood how important this repair was.

If speed dial was still a thing, I'd keep Crossroads on mine just in case I ever needed HVAC repair in a hurry.

My furnace went down in the middle of the holidays. They were hired by my warranty company that might, and the next morning, the owner came out to work on the issue. Unfortunately more parts were needed, so we had to wait until after the holidays to get them, so in the interim, they worked out a fix where I have heat with the bare minimum of parts. All while they were setting me up, my warranty company was giving them a hard time, and they kept me updated with everything going on and even promised to fix the issue without waiting for my warranty company to finish processing everything. They are customer centric, extremely personable, and I would absolutely hire them again for any and all HVAC needs. 15/10 would absolutely recommend!

October 9, 2024 Regular HVAC maintenance done by owner Lehman. Quick, thorough, very nice and professional. Price very reasonable. Didn’t try to sell me unneeded extras which I deeply appreciate.

Both technicians that came out were professional, informational, and passionate about HVAC repairs.

Even though we used though our home warranty, they were useful in actually helping us out/ doing repairs and maintenance and not trying to sell us a whole system

The last company i had really screwed me over. I waited over 3 weeks for a part & was told they couldn’t service me anymore. Crossroads came out, diagnosed me, & helped me tremendously. I appreciate the care from everyone involved. Not only that, they drove a distance to make sure i was taken care of.

Crossroads HVAC is highly recommended for their great service and communication. I had duct work repair and Jason did a great job and there were pictures taken after the work was done. I thought that was a good idea to show the customer their work after completion. Also like to thank Tim for helping Jason with the initial diagnosis of my duct system and ac unit which did need recharging. Also like to thank Dana for keeping me informed and responding to my emails and phone calls prior to doing the repairs. Thanx again!

I would also like to thank Lehman who did the initial estimate. It was very accurate, and I did not receive any surprise upcharges when the repairs were done. Last, but definitely not least, Dana!!!! OMG, she is so kind, caring and sweet. She was very empathetic to my needs and did everything she could to make sure my needs were met and my worries alleviated.
