Awesome group of people! Very responsive and communicative. I had to have Crossroads come out due to a prior company installing wrong components. Not only did they repair my furnace system, but they also double checked the remaining work from the previous contractor to ensure it was fully functional. I would definitely recommend them for all HVAC needs. They will definitely be my go to from here on out!

Crossroads HVAC service is exceptional! They worked great with my Home Warranty company and completed the job in a very timely manner. Lehman, the owner came out diagnosed the problem and next day was back to do the required repair. Great guy to deal with. Excellent service all round! A technican named Lehman accurately diagnosed the issue with my AC and ordered the necessary part. Another technician, named Tim, came out and installed the new part, once it had been acquired. All parties, including the lady in the office (Dayna?), were extremely helpful, professional, and prompt. I will definitely be using this service again in the future!

I could not recommend Crossroads more. I was under a time crunch and needed my HVAC and water heater serviced. Lehman was able to come the next day even through it had been a very busy week for them. Dana made scheduling so easy and she could not have been kinder. They came on time, walked me through everything they were cleaning and looking for, and were so knowledgeable and patient. I will definitely be reaching out to Crossroads with any future HVAC needs!

I've used Crossroads a few times for both my home and work and I'm always happy to refer them to friends or family, Prompt honest and I always know the quality of work I will receive. I highly recommend Lehman at Crossroads for any HVAC or plumbing issue they have helped me solve some geo-thermal issues that the other company couldn't figure out that's how I found them 3 years ago. The value, honesty and customer service is exceptional and second to none!!
