He called us and told us that he want to work for our company and when we saw these reviews and when we declined the offer we told him that don't call us ever he was calling everyday to the office and after that we told him that we are going to call Sherrif's so he stopped calling and started giving reviews to our company but for your information THOMAS yelp deleted those reviews when we show them proofs your all plans not worked in front of us i will recommend to try to make reputation don't think that i got a customer today i will go to their house and will get $500 and will not do the work think that i got a customer today i will make him happy and get payment as i quote to him and i will told him to give me a review on google customers go with a business by seeing their reviews and all of your google if filled with 1 STAR REVIEWS.
That's it bro and we will always pray that become smart and try making customers happy don't try to steal them

This is a horrible company. The technician came to my house and replaced parts that I did not need. He also charged diagnostic fees without checking the equipment properly. He replaced a few parts and charged me and none of the repairs actually repaired anything. After coming back to try to repair my ac, he took the part that he replaced back and I still got charged for it. I ended up going with another company and right away they told me the unit is old and bad and could not be repaired. I got charged over $800 for something that wasn't and couldn't be repaired. The other company replaced my unit and everything is working properly from the first time. I will never use this company or recommend this company to anyone. He wouldn't even attempt to refund any of my money.

Hired him to do repair on sus he installed, he was a no call no show, I texted he returned my text at 3a.m. Completely unprofessional. Call Good guys instead ask for Craig. Thomas Neuner can’t be trusted

We hired Thomas Neuner to do our ac 4 years ago and we are now having problems with it. He came out told us the problem and never came back. Came up with excuses such as the wrong part was ordered and then he was sick the next day. He was suppose to come back April 27, 2019 and never showed also never called or texted. He was never once on time and didn't call or text to tell us he would be late. We had to let him go. We are going with someone else. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS PERSON AT ALL 👎👎.

A/C did not work after his "routine" maintenance. Called immediately but he did not come for 1.5 days. Claimed phone was not working and truck was broken. Said it was a bad valve that had nothing to do with the maintenance. Promised to get the part and fix it next morning, and to call no matter what. Called once saying he was on the way to the parts store. Never called or emailed again. Did not answer my many calls.

As per all the other ratings, no call no response for 4 days. Last year he was a good help.. But now, not so much. Be trying to get ahold of him for 4 days.
Guess he's not interested in making any money.
Time to move on and get someone else to work on unit.

The two men who serviced my unit today were unbelievable!!! They were so sweet, professional, on time, good with my 5 year old and dog. I could not have asked for a better representation of this business than the two men who helped me out today!!!

Crossroads did a great job repairing/replacing the condenser fan motor and capacitor when the bearings started sounding like they were going to explode! they also did a great job dealing with a difficult Home Warranty Company that was horrible to deal with.

A wonderful company to have in my corner. They are a Christian based company that is very trustworthy and will make sure everything is done correctly.

Arrived on time, was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Took care of the problem without trying to create more work or sell something. Would recommend and use again.

The team at Crossroads has helped with multiple projects, this time Josh was able to quickly identify a gas leak, repair the supply line, and get my system running properly. A++ service, quality, and price.

My request was turned around very quickly despite the wrong part being ordered initially. The first tech misdiagnosed the issue. It was corrected the same day in a timely manner. Thanks Joshua for your expertise and professionalism. I gave 5 stars because Crossroads took great care with communicating every step.

These guys are awesome. I found them because they were a contractor for our home warranty furnace replacement. The contractor that came out noticed that our existing furnace was too large for the square footage of the home and advised a smaller and cheaper one. Warranty company refused and only did a cash pay out of only $2800 ( don't EVER use Cinch Home Warranty BTW). When I told Cross Roads that this was all I had to work with, they went out of their way to find me a furnace on sale for $2725 so I wasn't out any money. They installed it in one day with a one year service warranty. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic. I know its good when my husband actually likes how a contractor does business. Thank you guys so much, especially you Dana!.

Dana was so wonderful and patient with me on the phone when I had no idea what was wrong with my HVAC system. Josh did a great job finding and fixing the issue quickly.

Crossroads have been great to work with.I highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs. They have earned my loyalty and respect!

I can't say enough good things about this company! Dana, Lehman, Jason, and Tim are the definition of a professional team! I was in a tough spot with a bad furnace and this team stepped up! They were with me every step of the way to help me trough a bad warranty situation, discussing every detail with me day by day, coming over on a Saturday to reassess the situation, to getting me up and running in no time. Great service today from Josh! what can I say this past year it’s hard to get good service and even had a smile on his face. Gave me great info on my water heater. I will most definitely use Crossroads again!!
