Horrible company I am still waiting for them to pay me for my first check they mailed it two weeks ago but now when I try and get answers they reject my calls even when they are emailing me back they are fraudsters.

I have a plumbing business in Greater Cincinnati that does a lot of sewer and water line work. Badger has helped us out with a few of our projects and have been very impressive. Todd, at the Cincinnati branch is a great guy and does a really good job with the business. Thanks guys!

For this to be the corporate office of a big company the people who work here are extremely unprofessional. No one answer their phone and when they do they put you on hold and transfer you to someone who is extremely short with you and then they too transfer you. No one answers their email and people are just rude and incompetent. Now that it’s been a pandemic and people work from home it’s even worst. Get your staff together. Most of these 5 star reviews are from people who actually work in the office because I remember some of the names. Pathetic.

The driver of this truck that is in Arkansas right now is very unprofessional and impedes the flow of traffic. Has had ample opportunities to pull over to let flow of traffic to move at a reasonable speed; however, he never attempted to and created a traffic "stack" on a narrow, steep and winding mountain road. Please start sending more courteous drivers. He also excessively speed up when drivers tried to pass.

Had no issue communicating with anyone, and they don’t outsource calls to some obscure country halfway across the world. Couldn’t be happier!

As a renter here in Pittsboro, they are always fantastic! They are able to both communicate with my landlord and complete the job quickly. The last 2 gentlemen that have been out to my apartment were great and explained the repairs to me in detail- like I wasn't an idiot. I appreciate that.

It’s nice to know there is a family owned plumber in pittsboro. We’ve had them come out three different times. Each time they’ve been professional with quality work.

They came right a way. Brought a new water heater with them & the old leaking one was changed within about 2hrs. The man was very professional, did a a very good job & took the trash with him. I give them a 5 of5.

I recently had a constant pressure well pump system installed by Cornwell. They were extremely patient and helpful in explaining my options and promptly installed my system. I have great water pressure, finally!! Highly recommend these guys.

I had an issue with my water Softener which released beads throughout my house plumbing which clogged up my shower heads and toilets. Leaving me with basically no water pressure. After calling around, I ended up choosing Cornwell well pump and water soultions. They not only specialize in water Softners but they also have license plumbers. They were able to fix my toilets and shower for free with the purchase of a new water Softner. My advice is to make sure a real license plumber installs your water Softner. Very friendly staff and great communication. Highly recommend anyone in the Brownsburg area.
