Their workmanship and professionalism were excellent. The installation crew was relaxed and happy, indicating a positive company culture. They replaced a large shower in just two days and it looks great!

Absolutely everyone at Chapman Custom Baths is a top notch professional, including the dogs! I’m sorry I’ve forgotten the name of the front desk person, but she greets you with a smile and absolute friendliness and professionalism every time you walk in the door or call. Jon did the measuring and estimating, and since everything fit to a T proves he’s very good at his job. Julie did the design and fine tuning, and Dominic and his crew did a perfect installation! On time, kept me informed every step of the way, were done when they said they would be, not a trace of debris left over. Dave came over after the job was done to go over everything and make sure I was satisfied. They have great pride in their products and their workmanship, and they should!! The Onyx products are very high quality. I am so happy with my new shower and vanity tops and so glad I went with Chapman Custom Baths!

Late in the evening we discovered our hot water heater was broken! I was afraid we would have no hot water for days. Luckily we went with Rapid Response Plumbing for the replacement. Jason came in, got our kitchen faucet running, and then didn't charge me because he "didn't do anything". He identified the faucet and the diverted, and gave me a quote if I wanted to replace the faucet. Very professional.

Put in an online request and received a call within minutes after hours, was able to be scheduled next day. The communication is great and definitely makes it feel more personal. I recently used Rapid Response Plumbing for a new water heater installation. They were a new company for me but were recommended on Angi.I asked for a specific highly recommended unit (Bradford White) which told me something about them initially. Rapid is correct! Plumber, unit and installation and 1yr same as cash all completed in 48 hrs!!. Cannot say enough about DeShawn. He was prompt, communicated effectively and was very knowledgeable. They will come back in a year to inspect and drain the unit as well. It may not have been the cheapest option but I was very well taken care of. You get what you pay for and more. Felt respected and appreciated..especially being a single homeowner. Their # is in my phone!

Rapid Response was here on time as scheduled to inspect and quote our need for a new hot water heater. The techs, Deshawn Cox and Jalen Coleman were very professional during the install. They answered all my questions thoroughly and respectfully.
