We had a sewer scope done with this company for a house we are looking to buy. They were incredibly professional and helpful. Deshawn showed up right at the beginning of our window and was amazing! We will be using Rapid Response exclusively from now on :)

Jason, the owner, seems to be very knowledgeable and his wife in the office is very nice. I trusted him and the repairs that were needed. The guys who did the work were friendly and timely. I am very happy with the level of service. I am not sure if the cost for repair plus install of a water heater and water softener was similar to what other companies would have charged (I wish I had more time for other quotes but the work needed to be done pretty quickly). I would recommend this company.

I reached out to them late in the evening, due to a leaking water softener. They got me scheduled so quickly the following morning; and then were able to get my new heater installed just a few hours later! Their service tech was beyond kind, very knowledgeable and very professional. It made it an easy choice to go with their company, knowing I was in such good hands!! Their prices were beyond reasonable and much lower than other competitors in the area. I highly recommend them!! If I could give them a 10 star, I would!

DeShawn did a great job diagnosing my dead water heater (21 years old! Flush your water heater yearly and you too can have this happen!) and making sure I knew my options for replacement. He and Jalen spent the next day throughly taking care of the installation of my new tankless system. Woo!

Deshawn Cox, and Jason Lee were the techs that came out very promptly when we had water backing up into the showers, and not draining water. Deshawn came out first thing the next morning and diagnosed the issues. Jason came out to dig up the next morning to dig up part of my back yard to repair the area that broke. The poor guy was out in the cold and blustery weather to make sure we got things running once again. The mess was cleaned up and they told us they would come back after the spring thaw to finish leveling the yard. The guys were courteous and professional and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family! Thank you for a great job done quickly!

I had a urgent plumbing need. I called the day after Christmas, on a Friday, in the middle of the day. I had called two other plumbers including a company that we have a HVAC relationship with. None could come out until Monday. I called Rapid Response, and they had someone at my house in less than 90 minutes, and they solved my problem. I'm very happy with Rapid Response.

I cannot say enough about this team! My experience with Rapid Response was amazing from start to finish. As a real estate agent, I have previously dealt with some other contractors misunderstanding the situation when buyers are in need of inspections and estimates. This was NOT the case here. Cody and Jason were incredibly helpful and responsive. They both went above and beyond to cater to my clients' needs. I had a GREAT experience. I originally another had another company come out before I contacted them and they quoted me an outrageous price and also tried to make me pay $99 for just coming out to talk without doing any work at all! So I canceled their service and contacted Rapid Response, & The technician by the name of Jalen was Awesome! They work very well with my budget, which I appreciate so so much And He got the job done, He was very thorough explaining the process every step of the way. Deshawn did a great job. I explained what had been done that created the situation. Deshawn reviewed situation to determine what had to be done to restore plumbing connections of garbage disposer and dishwasher. He calculated cost and asked me when I would like reconnections performed
I asked if today was possible guessing that the task would have to be scheduled. I was pleasantly surprised when I asked if he had time today. He responded that he could do it now, Deshawn proceeded.
