As we endure the continued freezing temps, I had the unfortunate experience of frozen water pipes. I saw a recommendation on Brownsburg Chatter and thought I would give them a try. Fully expecting to be scheduled days out I was pleasantly surprised when they scheduled me for same day. Even more surprising they called back and said a tech was on the way. Within 30 minutes of my phone call there were 2 techs at my door. They quickly diagnosed the problem, and provided my repair options along with pricing. Another 30 minutes later the issue was repaired = running water! My only regret is that I did not call them yesterday!

Deshawn was wonderful, he arrived in a timely manner and listen to all my issues and was able to discuss the best options. Then he fixed the issue very quickly. I also think he cleaned up the area nicer than he found it. So grateful to found a respectable company to have such good service! Will use Rapid Response Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

Rapid response was just that!!! I had some plumbing issues over the weekend and called them first thing monday morning. To my surprise , someone was at my door by 9:30 and the problem was totally fixed by 3:00!!!!
As a single mom of three, there's always a fear of being taken advantage of. Not with Rapid Response, they were nothing but professional, patient and knowledgeable. The team at Rapid Response Plumbing answered all my questions and made me feel confident I was making the right decision choosing them. I felt informed and in the loop during the entire process. Not only did they fix the problem they also gave me advice to prevent needing them again. I pray I will not have future needs for a plumber, but if I do I am definitely calling Rapid Response.

Had a pipe burst in at 6:00 am- rapid response made it out as quickly as they could to help fix the broken pipes. This team is Extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and get the job done the right way, no short cuts!! Would recommend 11/10 times to anyone who needs plumbing help.

This company came out to pull a new well main to my house due to a leak. They were to avoid excavation or digging up a expensive walk path. They weren't able to make the repair as promised. Instead, they dug up my walk path and punctured my septic line. They did a repair on the septic with now 3 rubber connection boots that leaked and reached into a now spliced water main because it filled the trench with raw sewage where my main was spliced. They left my property in shambles and left all the old pipe. They pumped sewage all over my walk path and didn't clean it up.

I had to hire another company to clean up all the shotty work that cost me 7k to repair.

These guys are great!!!! I had a sewer line blockage over the weekend and called them first thing Monday morning. To my surprise someone was at my door by 9:00 a.m. and the problem was completely fixed by 2. My technicians were very polite patient and knowledgeable. I felt in the loop the entire time and throughout the whole process. Being a single mom of three you always have the fear of being taken advantage of but these guys never made me feel that way. I hope to never have this problem again but if I do I know who I'm going to call. I highly recommend these guys they do great work fast, efficient, and more than fair pricing.

Very professional service. Had a rapid response indeed - contacted Sunday night and got a water heater and pressure regulating valve installed on Tuesday morning. Great quotes and very valuable recommendations. High quality service. No doubt will recommend this business.

Everything about working with Rapid Response Plumbing was easy. From setting the appointment to installation completion, they did everything they could to make it hassle free. We had a leak in our water heater and they came out in hours to asses and back the next day to install a new one. Work that was done was high quality and exactly as expected. I found out about them because I work for a vendor that they use and every employee they have treats people the way they want to be treated. Highly recommended.

I would not hesitate to recommend Rapid Response Plumbing. They replaced our sump drain line. Their prices were very competitive and the work very well done. Throughout the process they were exceptionally courteous and kept us well informed. Net, they were a pleasure to deal with, the cost more than competitive, and the work well done!

Friendly and fast response time. I appreciate that they didn’t charge for the inspection. Although they were not able to solve my problem my tech, Jalen still made recommendations to other options I had and did a thorough job in his inspection to trouble shoot my issue. I definitely would recommend them and contact them in the future if needed.

My old water heater went out and I called Rapid Response plumbing yesterday and they came out same day and came out today to do the new replacement unit. Deshawn and Gavin gave excellent service and Deshawn did an excellent job installing the unit! I look forward for Deshawn and Gavin coming back out next year to service my new unit! Thank you both.

i want to start off by saying the this experience has been one of the best! kodi that works in the office is amazing. She is always very pleasant and sweet. They sent out Deshawn who checked everything out and he was so genuine and nice. Took care of anything i asked no questions asked. Today they had Jalen and Dylan out today to fix the line and they worked until way after 7 tonight. They was so nice and answered any question right away. the company is beyond amazing I can’t express how greatful i am to have had work done by them. i highly recommend them to anyone!

We were leaking 9 gal/min on the line from the street to the house. Their whole crew knocked out this emergency line replacement as fast as it could be done. A horizontal boring machine was used, so there was little impact on the yard. It wasn't too hard of a decision between repairing a 50+ year old line, or doing it right - we are very happy with the results

Jason and his team at Rapid Response Plumbing were great getting out water heater switched out to Tankless. Cody the receptionist is wonderful with communication and getting tech scheduled. Only thing I would say is the time to get the project done seemed to drag on for days and would have like it to be started and finished same day as discussed, this is the only so called ding I would give them. Overall we are extremely happy that got things done and were nice and cleaned up after.

Very commendable! Jason’s knowledge and expertise with the drive to complete the job was amazing! Long story short, they were installing a new 75 gallon gas hot water heater for us when at completion of the job the digital Gas Thermal unit was inoperative. These guys stayed until I could find a replacement at Mennards completing late night until 7:30pm. “Whatever it takes” was their greed. Thank you Jason and David for all the hard work!

Jalen is very Professional, Positive, Caring, and informative Representative of Rapid Response Plumbing. He did Marvelous job, he worked expeditiously and completed the job to my Satisfaction. He made sure that I completely understood everything about my repair. I will definitely use Rapid Response Plumbing again when I have any Plumbing issues.

This was my second time having Cornwell Plumbing to my home. As a woman who lives by herself and works late at night, I can’t be available when most people are. Their scheduling options and punctuality are super helpful. They call before they arrive and always show up on time. Anthony was my tech for the second time and he’s so nice and helpful and makes sure to answer any questions I have in ways that I understand them. I will definitely be using them for a bigger plumbing job I have in the future.

Had some pinhole leaks in our copper toilet drain pipe. Cornwell Plumbing estimate was almost half of the other one. Chris had all of the materials on his truck. Completed and cleaned up in about 2 1/2 hours. Next day we discovered a leak. Called the office and explained. Chris was here within 30 minutes, spotted the issue, and had it fixed in about 15 minutes. No more problems! Will gladly recommend Cornwell Plumbing!
