After 10 years of being a loyal customer, I'm finally taking the time to share my experience. The company has provided reliable air conditioning and furnace services, as well as thorough cleanings. Two months into owning a new home, they recently installed a brand new furnace at a very competitive price - excellent quality for the cost. It's clear why this business keeps customers coming back: I'm now a customer for life, thanks to their professionalism and value.

So far, so good. We returned home to find our living space comfortable at around 63 degrees. The heating system was on, but no warmth was emanating from it. After a quick investigation, we contacted Williamson, who arrived within half an hour. By Monday, they had installed a new furnace and heat was flowing by about 1 PM. The workspace was left tidy. Thanks for the swift response - we'll keep you updated if anything else arises.

This small-town HVAC business has a clear bias towards high-end work, often leaving customers with only minor repairs or new system installations. We initially had a positive experience with Wayne, who consistently showed up annually to add Freon to our AC unit.

However, when we discovered a UV leak detector indicated a problem within the unit itself, Wayne offered to install a brand-new system at a reasonable price instead of attempting to repair the issue. After some back-and-forth negotiation, he agreed to try and fix the fitting, which ended up being significantly cheaper than replacing the entire unit.

Despite this positive experience with Wayne, I recently encountered issues when trying to troubleshoot an upstairs AC unit that was consistently failing to maintain cool temperatures compared to downstairs. When I asked for his help in identifying the problem, it became clear that he wasn't willing to delve deeper into the issue and instead focused on charging us a hefty fee ($65/pound) for his services.

When I also requested a copy of an old invoice from a few years ago, despite multiple requests, it became apparent that the business doesn't have a system in place to provide this information. This lack of transparency and customer service was disappointing.

On the other hand, our experience with Mike was entirely different. He came across as arrogant and seemed to take issue when we were right about something. Moreover, he disregarded his previously agreed-upon communication method by showing up unannounced at our doorstep without warning. When I politely asked him to wait until I was ready to let him inside, he left without explanation.

Given these experiences, I would recommend sticking with Wayne for any major or new system installations. However, if you're looking for a more comprehensive solution to complex issues, it's best to explore other options and avoid Mike altogether.
