Great experience with Preferred. We were having a terrible problem with dust in our 50-year old house. My glossy black piano used to get dusty immediately after being dusted. After the air ducts were cleaned, a week went by before it showed any dust. It's such a a relief to know we have clean air now. Thanks to Theresa, Jesse and Ted!

I highly recommend Preferred Air Duct Cleaning....from the start with a free estimate through a very thorough cleaning and sanitizing of my disgustingly filthy ducts, and with taking care of my floors and furniture while they worked. They also had to work around challenges due to my crawl space issues.

They came in and went straight to work. Got everything set up quickly and did an amazing job. Cleaned up when they were did. I am so glad I was finally able to get this taken care. As you can see from the pictures it literally look 10x better. I would definitely use them again.
