The owners of Preferred Air Duct Cleaning came to our home to help us get our dryer duct clear. I called, they were at our home within 1 hour (no wait). They used a camera (allowing me to watch), patiently explained each step, explained every finding thoroughly. There wasn't a problem as I was told by another contractor. I was not charged for the run, not charged for the work they performed, and not charged for their time. The owners were professional, kind, and knowledgeable.

We had a house built recently, with everything being new we figured that the ducts would be clean and new as well. Well we were definitely wrong! A new house doesn’t mean a clean house. After further inspection, our ducts were full of trash bottles, drywall remnant, saw dust, tile chunks, a lot of dust & even a golf ball - all left from the builder using the ducts as catch alls.
You see all kinds of advertisements about duct cleaning, but you can look at the equipment and see Preferred Air Duct is not messing around! The truck is so cool, the kids had to check it out as well. What’s cooler than the truck? The service is! After meeting both owners and their technician, I knew I was in good hands and trusted their every word, because let’s be honest I know nothing about duct cleaning. The cleaning process was professional, quick, and respectful of my home. What more could I ask for when hiring a contractor!

We had an absolutely WONDERFUL experience with Preferred Air Duct Cleaning!! From the first phone call, I knew they were a company who was thorough, cared about their work, and would do a great job, and I was not disappointed! Theresa took all of my questions and phone calls, responded very quickly, and she explained everything with such detail. We had our air ducts and our dryer vent cleaned. While at our house, they noticed some damage to our return air ducts, and they even made the repairs at no extra charge!! That is phenomenal customer service that you just don’t see anymore. We got a fast response, quick initial inspection, and complete quote from Preferred Duct Cleaning. Scheduling worked well to coordinate with other work. The work included some duct connection repairs for a reasonable additional charge and overall the entire job was done quickly and for a reasonable price. This is a 1926 residence.

Teresa came out to my home, provided a clear and reasonable estimate, and even worked around my busy schedule to get me on the calendar the very next week. Jesse and his partner showed up right on time and were incredibly professional throughout the entire cleaning process. They spent about three hours doing a thorough job, and Jesse took the time afterward to walk me through before-and-after photos, the difference was unbelievable.

After all the flooding and construction we’ve had, our ducts were in rough shape, but now the air feels noticeably cleaner. They even managed to find a few of those missing tennis balls we’d been wondering about!

This is an amazing company. I thought it would be a couple people with shop vacs, and I was so wrong. This was a professional and polite group of people that sent us before and after pictures that shocked me. They brought two vans that had serious equipment to clean the vents. The price was also lower than I expected, and I would highly recommend them for any house vent cleaning.

From the first call and in person estimate to the prompt arrival and thorough cleaning, I was impressed by Preferred Air Duct Cleaning. Everyone introduced themselves upon arrival and got right to work laying down coverings for the floor and stairway protectors. The vaccum truck they used was really impressive and did a great job.
Pretty sure the house we moved into had never had the ductwork cleaned and the previous occupants were smokers. If that wasn't reason enough to be thrilled to have it cleaned, they found a dead mouse! I'm going to sleep better knowing that the air we're breathing is cleaner and mouse free!
I'll definitely be calling them back in the next 3-5 years when we have our ductwork cleaned again.
